I worked with Linguistica International starting in October 2025 and only received assignments for about one week. After I raised a payment issue, communication stopped completely and I was no longer given work.
I attempted to follow up multiple times (at least four), but never received any response. When calling the company, there appears to be no clear HR department or manager available. Calls are repeatedly transferred between supervisors or interpreter leads without any resolution.
The pay rate for Burmese interpreters is also quite low at $20/hour. Combined with the lack of communication and structure, this was a very frustrating experience.
