I have been using this tool for three…
I have been using this tool for three to five months, and I have some feedback. Firstly, the user experience (UX) is outdated. Additionally, the tool does not support larger websites with extensive backlink profiles, despite claiming to offer customized link packages. When contacted, the customer service is unresponsive and closes requests without explanation. They also do not provide information on the link detox process and how they identify these links. The tool is expensive and not sustainable for managing larger client profiles. I would not recommend it for any business, especially for well-established website backlink profiles.

The customer support is extremely bad…
The customer support is extremely bad and if you are not carefully ( even if the website has bugs ) you will pay invoices even If you specifically tried multiple times to delete your data, subscription, and credit card (by the way I mention that even if you try to delete it somehow the invoice goes through! THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU ANYTHING!!! I WILL STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND IT!!! PAY ATTENTION TO THEM!

This is a scam, the $17 trial doesn't allow you to even view a list of the sites you want to disavow, this will cost a further $400!!! Absolute scam, don't bother with the trial you basically waste your time sorting a disavow list and then you have to pay....
