Order status not found

Ordered over a week ago and it says on the website that shipping will take 5-7 days, Its been over a week and havent recieved any shipping confirmation yet and there’s no way to contact them as their email and online support is not going through.

Flimsy arms that break and bad support

I had only used the product a handful of times before the arm/joint that supported the mirror snapped off. I contacted support 3 times (over the last month) and I still haven't received a response. Really bad service and a cheap and flimsy product.

Parcel gone missing - customer service useless

€ 49.95 parcel (self-cut mirror) gone missing although notified by DHL as delivered. Lipfi Customer Service referred to DHL that referred to Lipfi. Don’t count on Lipfi in case of problem, just pray for your order to reach you. Meanwhile my money is gone.

It’s a fraud

It’s been 9 months now and I haven’t received my order yet, and Ophila (the customer services what ever) is not responding to my emails, or even processing a refund.

This is horrible smh

This is horrible I ordered a 3 way mirror and received a vaping pen smh. I also waited 2 weeks for my order to arrive. This is a waist of money.

Mirror Stick broke up and no response from support!

I have ordered a set with a mirror and so on. It was very expensive, but I bought it. First of all everything was good but the mirror was made of poor quality and one of the sticks broke up so it was not possible anymore to hang it up somewhere. Then I contacted the support to help me with this problem but I got no answer. That’s why now I make this review to let you all know that if your product (which is very expensive) broke up or something is not working well the support would probably don’t help you like they don’t helped me. Very sad about it!

They are not safe

I ordered the 360 mirror with lights

I ordered the 360 mirror with lights, the clipper and the trimmer. Delivery was quick like they say. The products are amazing the clipper and trimmer work great, but the 360 mirror with lights is a home runner! Would definitely recommend. Cutting my own hair now and getting better at it. Thanks Lipfi’s barbershop!!
Also, the customer service is above and beyond!
