Very pleased with the product and customer service.
My Surgeon supplied my first bra . When I purchased my 2nd . I accidentally ordered the wrong size . Doing a return/exchange, was straight forward and incredibly quick. Would definitely recommend

Well recommended, great products
This is my second order from lipoelastic, after my second surgery this company was recommended to me and I’m so glad they were, their garments are so much better quality and really are worth the price. My second order was out of stock when my order was processed so customer care contacted me and the issue was very quickly rectified by changing it to another colour.

Garment for post liposuction- definitely recommend
Ordered a compression garment for post surgery. Customer service were amazing as i ordered quite close to my surgery and my item was out of stock. Customer service called me and emailed me to arrnage for the same item in a different colour to be delivered next day.

However the stocking themselves are good.
Appart from the holding rimm at the thigh end.
It's quite small 2.0cm and not efficient at all.
As stockings sliding down while walking.
I have the same stockings from 15 years ago and their holding rimm 4.5cm is still efficient.

The face and neck compression garment…
The face and neck compression garment is far superior to the standard compression garment I was given after my face and neck lift surgery.The other one caused irritation to my skin and I found it too uncomfortable to wear.
Plastic surgery surgeons should use this product as standard post op.

So comfortable.
I woke up from my mastectomy with diep-reconstruction surgery wearing an abdominal wrap that felt like a carpet tile around my middle. If I sat up, it dug into my sore boob and when I stood up it had to be re-adjusted.
My Lipoelastic girdle saved me from several weeks of discomfort whilst protecting my tummy wound. I think my girdle helped ensure that I don't need any scar revision on my tummy - no dog ears.
I did find that after a few weeks of use, the side fastening hooks settled into wrinkles that made it less comfortable to sleep on my side but there are different versions to suit and the girdle was well made and comfortable.

Absolutely love my new bra the P1 Ideal. I had called for size and product advice and they were spot on. It is a perfect fit and moulds to the shape of my breasts even though at the moment they are different sizes! It is excellent quality and worth every penny. Just fabulous

Exceptional Service
I was very unsure about what garment I needed for which stage of my recovery. I queried my needs and other questions and was answered swiftly and efficiently. I felt very supported throughout the process. There was an issue with my original garment regarding sizing but again I was fully supported and answered quickly and efficiently. Delivery can be next day in most cases and it was brilliant especially with having to reorder.
The return was easy and the refund immediate which is rare these days. I will definitely be using these guys again for the next stage in my recovery journey.
