Lippert's Carpet One Reviews 

I returned many times for different items to look at samples, take them home, return and look some more. The Lippert staff were always personable and there to help. Even when one I'd worked with was with another customer they took the time to say 'hello' and someone else would offer assistance. They have a great team who know their products, were patient, and provided excellent customer service.

The sales representative was courteous and helpful, and there was great follow up. Their installer was a genius dealing with more problems in a 100 year old house than we can go into. The work was done in a timely manner and the final result is superb! When we couldn’t do the stairs the way we originally intended, they worked with us to find an option that turned out even better than expected. Overall, we are 100% happy with the service and carpet from Lippett’s.

I appreciate the selection of products and helpfulness of staff at Lipperts. Also, they work well within the budget a customer has. My last project, however, left a bad feeling. I had to special order laminate to match a previous purchase. The sales rep came and measured. I ended up with 4 unopened boxes of flooring. Because I did my own installation, these were not returnable. I am stuck with $200 of product.

Bathroom Tile Project. We had tile installed in our master bath in January. We were pleased with the installers Lippert's used. Very professional, kept the area clean both days, were courteous, and finished on time. Excellent attention to detail.
We were not as pleased with our Lippert's salesman. He did not return emails and phone calls in a timely manner, did not listen to us thoroughly, and tried to impress us that he knew what we wanted better than we did. He did not follow up during or after the installation to insure we were satisfied.
We have used Lippert's twice before for our home projects and were pleased with their service and follow up.

Purchase and installation was quick and easy, and we love the final product. Highly recommend!

Lipperts Carpet One has been so good to Magdalene Home, a charity nonprofit home for homeless teen mothers and babies! Scott gave us a great discount on our flooring, Matt had everything written up and finished in no time, and Jennifer's home decor and color selection skills are spot-on!! Thank you all!

Cheryl worked closely with us on styles and colors and resolved an issue with the manufacturer early on. Ted did the installation and did an truly outstanding job, very meticulous and precise, traits of a craftsman.
