a decent auction option

I had a good experience with my purchased lot from Liquidateaz. They use the Hibid system. Almost all my items are able to be resold, and so far doing well online. Shipping was rather easy to my property in Southern AZ but it did sound and look a little unorganized. I guess if you're moving a lot of stuff that comes with the territory.

Specializing in Disappointment

I have tried buying from auctions from these people several times. I would say that only about 40% of the items I purchased were in usable condition. Everything that has parts, has missing parts. Coffee Makers missing trays or filter holders. Electronic tools described as kits missing batteries and chargers. If it's not missing parts, it's damaged and not disclosed in product descriptions. Like, external hard drives where someone obviously used a screwdriver to render them useless. Everybody who checked in the product would see the damage. It's unethical to not add that to the description or provide a picture of the area.

Buyer beware. Take everything they show with a grain of salt and expect it to be unusable. I don't expect perfection but after 4 auctions, I have three things that I consider well purchased. Everything else has been disappointment after disapointment.

No Accountability, Very Unprofessional

Liquidate AZ shipped my auction items to the wrong address, even though an e-mail was sent to them, detailing specific instructions and an address, per their instructions. They refused to take accountability and correct their mistake, and placed blame on the shipping company and me. They stopped responding to my e-mails respectfully requesting resolution. Very unprofessional practices. I do not recommend business with this auction house.

**UPDATE**
I was able to retrieve my items, after additional expenses, only to learn that ALL of the items I purchased from Liquidate AZ were corroded and water damaged! Every single item is useless! Liquidate AZ sold me damaged goods! This business is highly deceptive and should not be allowed to auction/sell to anyone!
