I have recently used Lister Group for a "tenant find" service. Having used a different agent in the past and being more than disappointed I wanted to try another company and picked these on-line due to their reviews. I'm so glad I did. For a reasonable fee they have gone above and beyond. Communication from the whole team (especially Adrian) has been excellent. Lots of updates via e-mail and always on hand (even out of office hours) for any queries. Very professional and organised and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and highly recommend.

I am very satisfied with the service provided by this letting agency. The team is professional and responds quickly to any issues. They replaced the lighting in my property, improved the ventilation, and installed a new cooker hood — all the work was completed efficiently and to a high standard. I can confidently recommend their services.

When I decided to rent out my home back in 2016, I was recommended Listers to help manage the letting. This suited me completely as I live quite far away. In all that time, Listers have identified 3 tenants when tenancies finished and started , and Listers managed all of the vetting, compliance and contract requirements entirely, just needing me to give the final nod to their suggested applicant. Throughout all of this, Listers have been brilliant and deal with any issues that arise and my involvement is kept to a minimum. I have the confidence that my interests are preserved but also that my tenants are supported to make my property their home during the tenancy. I lived in a property at Clipstone for 11 and a half years the lady lady came to see the property once in 11 and a half years. These agents came to see us and they help us get out of the property that was making me so poorly dur to the mood, damp water in the foundation she did nothing Lister has got us a lovely property you phone about a repairs it is done in a couple of days they are so supportive we have now been in the new property just over a year and I can not thank Lister-Group enough they really are amazing

These guy are legit, genuine and honest.

simply unethical and cheated me on a full property inspection. Dont use them - they talk the talk but dont walk the walk. Very hard to find honest and trustworthy agents in this world - I now understand why agents are generally distrusted.
They gave a one page inspection bullet points with photos of things that dont concern the agent and also things that I already told them about but omitted the majority of the property.
I am taking this further as on principle.
I found an alternative who has been ever so transparent and honest and advising me.

7 years I've been with lister group and it was an amazing ride...they was so helpful in any queries I needed sorting and so easy to talk to with any problems...they are always fair even when times (covid) were bad...id happily recommend these for anyone who wants to start private renting. House was immaculate before I moved in and everything is maintained to the highest standard.if you are wanting to redecorate thats completely fine with them too.

At every point i found all the staff very professional honest and helpful special thanks to Sarah and Adrian
my security deposit was returned in full on the day i signed the property back to them

I rented out a property with Listers after a poor experience with another letting agent. I was pleasantly surprised with the service and wouldn't trust anyone else now to rent a property out for me! Adrian and Sarah know their stuff, thier efficient and friendly. Due to personal reasons I decided to sell my property which was a difficult decision. Adrian was extremely compassionate about this and went above and beyond helping me with the process even though my contract with Listers had ended. If I was to ever need mortgage or property advice again in the future without a doubt I would use Listers!

Adrian has managed our property portfolio for many years , always found him to be efficient, lets you know if there are any issues and tries to resolve them quickly. We have never had a poor tenant due to his screening processes, rents are always on time. Never ever had a problem, we will continue to use Adrian as his work ethics are brilliant. Highly recommend
