To say that the car was sold as a mobility car and not fit for purpose, and the elderly individual hadnt seen vehicle or driven it, it was forced onto them. Then 12 months later you call them say your going to service the vehicle on a date and time arranged by you, so the elderly person waits in for you, that you send a driver and passenger to collect the vehicle, which isnt even a SEAT vehicle, that they hadt to ring their bosses and appologies to her of the error, but they couldnt take the vehicle

Staff attentive. Job done on time . Pity I had to travel so far for the service though. Car wash and hoover were very poor windows left very dirty and vacuuming didn’t reach any corners. My local car wash does a much better job.cant fault the service pert.
