Great service when I had some questions and requests, and great products when they arrived.
Was pleasantly surprised by the custom TrimUI Smart Pro, and the Anbernic SP lived up to my high expectations. Along with peripherals and a case for each I was very satisfied.
Would recommend!

My package was lost at one point (three miyoo mini plus) and the support (Joey) was very helpful and they help me get the delivery.

Greatly disappointed. 😞 I waited for this device in anticipation. Then when I finally got it extremely disappointed. The SD card was blank with no Games on it at all. I bought this device with the promise it would have a lot of retro roms installed in it. Now I literally have a brick with nothing but the interface and crush dreams. Lol But the customer service is incredible. Joey the representative has been nothing but accommodating to me. They're shipping me a new memory card with accessories. I'm very grateful and happy for there kindness and understanding.

A great user experience, which is ready to use straight out of the box. Easy to upgrade the OS to the latest version. The collection of 100+ vertical shooters and PSP games are highlights for me in the wide range of games. Delivery was fast and the handheld was well packaged.

So far I’ve purchased several devices from LITNXT and everything has worked great. You get exactly what you order with no headache, but my most recent experience is what is leading to this review.

Recently I purchased an SD card with upgraded software, and accidentally “scanned and fixed” the drive as I was moving files from another device. This of course wiped all the files from the device, which I was able to recover… But I was unable to recover any of the folders the files were in, 10s of thousands of files without the brightest idea where to start. I reached out to customer service asking them if they could help me figure out where to start, and they offered to send me a new card, and refused my offer to ship back my original in hopes they could recoup some cost. Less than 24hrs after my initial message I have a replacement in the mail. A big thank you to Joey for his kindness and willingness to help!

OUTSTANDING customer service, I will continue to bring my business here regardless of pricing or ship time.

UPDATE**
Unfortunately my packages were stolen right after they were delivered. I sent Joey at customer service an email with some surveillance footage and a police report and they hooked me up with another shipement! Who does that?! Amazing customer service and got back to me almost immediately. Can't recommend enough.

Customer support is responsive and replies back nearly instantly. Their products are top notch and configured amazingly. Well worth the price for their products and support.

When my Miyoo mini started hiccuping, I began to look for a replacement. I'm not trusting of the emulator brands on amazon, and any referral from FB or IG, I'd research that website to see if they were a scam. This was the only site that, per peer reviews was legit. And boy, were they. I bought the rg40xx. It came in perfect condition, fully charged, with a ton of gamed pre-installed. I haven't had time to fully explore them all yet. The device feels great in my hands, and the screen is large and tack sharp. Shop with confidence!

Bought a BMOversion of the Miyoo Mini v4, saving me a time modding it myself and having to buy all the part individually. Came well packaged and protected and the price was on point. Highly recommend especially for the deals and shipping.

Bought from here after watching a few videos from Tech Dweeb. Really pleased with all the products I purchased (Miyoo Mini, grip, case and dock) and with how quickly things came considering it was international postage and UK customs can be a pain in the backside. Would definitely recommend to anybody and hope to use them again when I can afford what I want.
