Never Received Goods - Frustrating Experience with Order Delays and Poor Customer ServiceCustomer Service
I ordered goods on January 11 and paid for "worry-free delivery," totalling £68.38. A month later, I still hadn’t received my order. I contacted them via email and received an apology about a shipping issue but then heard nothing further. After multiple emails, I only got automated responses. I raised a dispute with my credit card company in May, but they couldn’t help as it had been over 120 days. I would strongly warn others against purchasing anything from this site.
