It's been many days I need to have a proof of payment that is said as paid but not received, impossible to have them on the phone; and the support doesnt bother, a part from sending the same message, we will check with the finance, there is no urgency and responses are very slow, I really consider stopping work with LBC after being a customer 2 years.
