If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely appalling service and even worse communication, they can't get simple blood tests correct after a 4 week wait for an appointment, worst doctors surgery I've had in 57 years, wont be returning.

Always friendly and efficient and make you feel at ease. Very efficient booking and reminders of appointments.

Well I’ve just returned from this dentist who I have used for 20 years and prior to Covid visited every 3 months. Unfortunately the practice appears to have hit rock bottom. I had a new plate made for 2 teeth and it didn’t fit. The dentist herself said she wasn’t happy with it and said it would need to be made again! Then she said she could add an additional tooth to my plate with one tooth on! Great news as that fitted perfectly. I then got a phone call saying they needed more impressions. I arrive to be told I had to pay my bill before I could receive any treatment. But my plate doesn’t fit! I was informed that didn’t matter because I was an nhs patient! Do nhs patients not get any rights under customs rights act? Things should be fit for purpose and it wasn’t! Very very disappointed. I was very angry and was a tad rude but did apologise for that a pity the children running the show couldn’t show the same respect. Correct me if I’m wrong things should be fit for purpose? I have no problem paying for goods and services however I will not pay for a substandard service. I’be been left in a great deal of discomfort and have now to find another dentist to put right what this dentist has done wrong

Have been Desperately trying to phone this practice all day, the recorded message keeps saying I’m in a queue and keeps giving me the number in queue and after waiting 40 minutes listening to the mind numbing loop music I am finally down to first place only to wait a further 20 minutes and then NOTHING.
Absolutely appalling, and now very stressed indeed.
Time to find a Doctors Practice that are actually Competent in the way they treat their patients.

This practice has gone from bad to worse over recent years. Waiting times have increased, recent changes in staff have seen 'proven' medication changed and even after wrong medication was prescribed I am still waiting for this to be corrected, four days later I have a telephone appointment to 'hopefully' sort it out.
