Ordered a pair of sandals online for my daughter. The automated email confirmation never happened nor did the shipping so had to email customer service. Fulfillment and shipping took a bit longer than most places these days. Then we got our order. It was not even what we ordered! The box specifically said it was wrong so it was completely their fault for shipping the wrong item. They were supposed to be a gift so was super disappointed and emailed right away. The ONLY thing offered was I can return the wrong shoes. Like what?! How about sending me what I ordered? They then explain after 3 emails that they are now sold out. Which again is completely their fault because they were in stock when I ordered them. Offered NO compensation for any of this which was totally their fault. Horrible customer service will never order anything from them again. And I used to love this store!

I bought Adidas sneakers online and received a used pair. The box was patched up with store tape, and the shoes had signs of wear, were dirty on the inside, and even had human hair. According to the website, it was supposed to come with an extra shoelace, which was also not included. Do not buy from this site

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Little Burgundy. This was my first time ordering from them, and unfortunately, it will likely be my last. I received a defective item — the glue on the shoe was already coming apart — and even after providing clear photos, the issue was not properly handled.

Customer service was equally frustrating. I spoke with representatives who claimed to be supervisors, yet there was a complete lack of professionalism and helpfulness. Instead of offering a reasonable solution for a defective product, I was told I would need to go to a store or ship the item back myself.

I also explained that I currently have a knee injury, making it difficult to go in-store, but that was not taken into consideration at all. There was no effort to accommodate the situation or provide a convenient resolution.

For a company like this, I expected much better quality and customer care. Very disappointing experience overall.

Sent me used shoes and asked to return it in tstore upon returning they said it will be gone to gift card which I hated, I tried using it they never refunded the amount about going back and forth they refund to F Gift Card. I am so mad at them.
