Lacks attention to detail
While Kirsten was great and attentive during the planning process and I felt in safe hands, when it came to the day I feel like there were some attention to detail that was lacking. This might have been because Kirsten had to hand over to someone else on the morning at short notice due to an injury which was unfortunate and given the circumstances I appreciate that a replacement stylist was found.
My dad had spent lots of time sorting out foliage which wasn't even used and the decorations weren't hung with the care and attention I had imagined, which was a shame as they were such a focal point to the room. It's the finishing touches that I was hoping would be left in safe hands that let down my experience.
