Not as bad as everyone is saying. Customer service does lag though.

I am horrified at the way Live Nation have responded to a request. My partner bought me 2 tickets to the Bon Iver concert at the Eventim. He bought these as a surprise for me and my son as we are both fans. However Live Nation have refused to allow this to happen as I am not the named purchaser on the ticket. My partner wrote and explained to them, telling them I have terminal cancer. Their response 'nothing we can do'. How awful. I cannot believe their heartlessness.

Presales access for U2. On the site and active immediately the tickets became available. Followed all the steps, but left in the queue for literally 2 hours. Unsurprisingly all that is left are the £200+ tickets in the gods. Live Nation, like all the rest is an absolute con, complete waste of time. And until the public at large stop paying tout prices, we are all going to continue being conned. It amazes me that the inflated price websites, ViaGoGo and Stubhub etc., already have hundreds of tickets to sell at the hugely inflated prices. How did they get these? Public being mugged off !!

Claimed there would be no charge or foul play WHATSOEVER. Sure enough, I got a $3 fee and they set me for a $30 fee to be paid 5 days later, which they said they WOULD NOT do. Untrustworthy, thanks for making me have to change my debit card and alter my card info on all of my accounts.

I am a Florida Georgia "Lifer" Member. This allows me to gain access to presale tickets, special promotions, etc. The tickets for the general public go on sale today at 10AM and every time I attempt to log in through my lifer account to purchase tickets, a Livenation message comes up stating that it is "too early" for me to purchase them. I have logged in with my lifer account through multiple browsers and have tried multiple different locations for the event, all resulting in the same error message. As tickets go on sale to the public shortly, I decided to call for support. The woman was extremely condescending and treated me as if I didn't know what I was talking about or that I must have been the one to make the mistake. She was of no help whatsoever and I still have not gained access to the presale tickets that I was counting on. Very disappointing.

Charity in recruitment is awful. Ran late. The secretaries gave us (feb/march time) awful stickers with names on, everyone's name came off due to the rubbish felt pen they used, then the stickers dropped off. Charity was snobby and seemed to lack knowledge of her own product. Not sure why their PR girl Charley goes round copying applicants twitter profile pics with her own either?!?!

Not professional at all.

Live Nation have to be the worse company I have dealt with.

We boked Meet & Greet tickets to see Blue, the paperwork we received stated it started at 6.00pm, all well and good, so we planned our day around that. Then 3 days beforehand we get the actual tickets and they state you have to be there no later than 3.45pm!!! 3 days notice, we simply could not make this time so went to the concert only. We complained and received a patronising and unhelpful email back, it was dismissive stating the meet and greet ran over so we could have gone, how were we supposed to know that?

All in all this ruined the experience and we felt conned and were astounded at the rude so called customer service.

I was sent an email advertising the Def Leppard show with Poison and
Cheaptrick at the Albuquerque Journal Pavilion: It stated for 24hours
only that $10 lawn tickets would be available on 8/26/09. We went to
the Live Nation website and it denied any such deal. Of course it offered
$30 tickets!! This constitutes as fraud!!!
