I would highly recommend Livermores, particularly Ray Shukla, if you are looking to put a property on rent. Ray was very professional and personable, and made the process very stress free and easy. Everything was clearly explained and handled very efficiently.

My sister and I recently sold our late mother's house through Livermores Estate Agency in Crayford. We were very pleased with the professional service they provided. Matt, Archie and Laylaa were so helpful right from the start and their knowledge and guidance was great. When the first sale fell through, a new buyer was found quickly and everything went smoothly from then onwards. Nicola in the Sales Progression Team kept us informed by email and phone regularly during this time and chased solicitors for updates.
We would certainly recommend Livermores to anyone wanting to sell a property in this area.

Ben, our salesperson, was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process - consistently responsive, attentive, and genuinely helpful at every stage. He made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and well-managed, and we really appreciated his professionalism and dedication.

However, our experience at the branch when collecting the keys was somewhat disappointing. This should have been a celebratory and memorable moment for us, but unfortunately, when my husband and I arrived, we felt unwelcome. There was no initial greeting, no guidance on where to sit, and no acknowledgment of the significance of the occasion. It wasn’t until Ben joined us towards the end that we finally felt recognised and congratulated.

Overall, while our journey was largely positive thanks to Ben’s excellent support, the final step of collecting the keys did not quite match the excitement and warmth we had anticipated.

I sold my first home and Ben was dealing with the sale. He was fantastic. The team supported me by managing the viewings and kept me updated. I achieved my askjng price. Dealing with a new estate agent more recently showed me how much better these guys are in comparison. I highly recommend them.

An accurate valuation by Ben meant achieving a sale price close to asking price. Excellent reaction when original purchasers pulled out, due to their personal circumstances, meant that a second buyer was secured within days.

Sales progressor Nicola worked very hard in chasing up the buyers solicitor and keeping us all up to date.

All in all the service received was just what we needed to settle our mum’s estate.
