This website is a complete scam. I placed an order, and they requested identity verification. I provided them with my documents and virtual card details. They argued that the numbers didn’t match. I explained that it’s a virtual card, which has no name and updates its card number after every purchase. Despite this, they asked me to send a video of my bank account, which I refused as it is highly inappropriate and suspicious. It’s clear they have no intention of refunding my money promptly. I will never use this website again

Bad website to recharge your bigo account.
they didn't tell us at the beginning that we had to provide ID card details and a selfie photo. After you pay, your order will not be sent until you provide a photo of your bank card, ID and selfie. even your money is not returned after 14 working days! This website is scam!

Horrible communication & they can smart text u back as well. One sent me the middle finger. All bc i asked for my extra diamonds. DO NOT USE LIVESBUY.. they are difficult and the prices are cheaper on bigotv.com they increased in 3/3024 and you get half if what u get on bigotv for the price.

About order no. 14423145
I placed my order number 14423145 with my virtual card, gave 3D confirmation and it was approved in the bank's security system. Livesbuy asked for identity confirmation, I sent it, but they did not upload my balance. My balance could not be loaded because my name was not written on my virtual card. Approval from the bank with 3D approval
It is ridiculous to cancel a purchase for this reason. When I asked for my refund to be made as soon as possible, they said 7-10 days. When they refund instantly, it takes 24 hours at the latest. They deliberately refund my account late. I want my personal data to be deleted as soon as possible. I will never choose again.
