There I am playing 5 hand Blackjack. I win on all 5 hands because the Banker bust. Before the programme can go through the animation of paying me my chips, UP COMES an account restriction message because I have been playing too long or spending too much (Even though my account now stands at over £5500 UP this month. SO, my winnings get stuck within the game! Normally you just re-enter the game and let it finish and the money is credited (£160), but I cannot because my account is restricted. They want me to PHONE them. I am willing to go through their questions on chat but NOT on the phone. They wont let me in to finish the game OR void the game themselves. Apparently they are happy to steal my money because I wont phone them! They restrict me because they are SUPPOSEDLY worried about me spending too much but it seems they are quite happy to just steal it and keep it forever and let me freeze to death because I can't pay my heating bill with the £160. Smug scumbags.

Deposited to get welcome offer, they said I wasn’t eligible because I placed a double with one of the odds being SP even though it went off at 13/2. I escalated and then receive email saying I am eligible they have credited account. I go to account nothing there, they said technical issues. They say keep checking then they say 48 hours. Prior to this I had to wait over 12 hours for a £3.75 pay out as more technical issues. Avoid livescorebet at all costs, it isn’t worth the hassle. Literally please avoid it customer service are terrible they leave chat if they can’t help. Do not use.

Honestly site used to be best around. It's fallen off a cliff. Nowhere near as much inplay markets as used to be. Havnt received a freebet in probably over 2 yrs despite using regularly. Last Saturday I couldn't login for 3pm football. Customer service is awful. Live chat offer zero help. Still awaiting 50 freespins from over a year ago that were never credited and I was told it's a technical issue n will b resolved. Gets 2 stars for super fast withdrawals. Other wise it would b 1. 36 hours to finally settle bet correctly but the stress and anger caused by their terrible service . The bet is settled correctly then cut you off, well no the bet clearly wasn’t settled correctly else I wouldn’t be telling you. Eventually 3 emails later they settle it, but no apology.
