Delivery is painful, communication via The Range is painful and I STILL haven’t received all my items. Despite significant delays and frustrating my builders with delays as a result of this company and their couriers, I’ve now only received 3/23 packs of flooring. They initially used a courier service (DX Deliveries) that didn’t let me know that they were the courier and delivered on a random day, several days before the expected delivery date. The property is vacant and although the builders were there, they didn’t hear a ring (that’s if the couriers even attended the property). The couriers then contacted the ‘universe’ to get me to contact them (they didn’t email, text or call me to arrange redelivery) but were waiting for me to arrange redelivery. This was near impossible since between my order and the allegedly delivery there was absolutely no correspondence. It so happens that the day before the expected delivery date, I contacted The Range to confirm the delivery day and time (as I hadn’t received this) only to be told that the courier needed me to contact them. At this point it was 5pm and the courier had closed. The next day, I could not get through to the courier (everything is automated) and my packages were sent back to Living and Home the same day. After several back and forth’s with The Range’s own ridiculous bot and email systems, a redelivery was organised.. this time with Evri ‘sigh’.The name of the sender did not correspond with The Range or Living and Home, and as I was ordering to a property that I dont live in, it was arduous trying to locate the sender. I eventually used some of my own my brain cells and entered the vacant property address, thus letting me know it was the shipment from L&H flooring. They were meant to arrive within a two hour timeslot yesterday… guess what…? with 2 minutes to go before the end of the two hour time slot, I received an email stating that the courier was delayed, but would still arrive (4.58pm). The builders stayed behind until 6.20pm, yet again, nothing arrived and there was apology from Evri. I am strongly if the view that Evri did not attempt delivery that night, as there was no email or slip suggesting that the delivery had been missed. This morning, I received an email just before 9 stating that the flooring was to be delivered between 11am and 1pm…then this changed to 10.30 to 12.30… remember… this is a vacant property and I had stipulated this several times when arranging the redelivery. When the packages finally arrived there were only 3/23 packs of flooring!?!?! Like come on???!. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing their items through any online market places…. If you do so it’s at your own risk. For such bulky and expensive items they need to use more reliable couriers such as DPD or UPS. Customers would actually pay the extra, as ‘on-time’ deliveries for renovation works are integral to reducing costs and time

I ordered a full-length mirror on-line via Woucher but on arrival, a smallish piece of silver backing was missing so it appeared as if there was a black hole on the mirror.
I immediately contacted Woucher who in turn contacted the supplier: Living and Home, who wrote to me.
I was asked to supply photographs of the damaged product.
I was initially offered a reduction in the price of the mirror but as the 'hole' was close to where one's head would be each time the mirror was used, this was not acceptable.
I was then advised that a new mirror would be sent to me but as this was during the last-minute Christmas rush, it may take a few extra days to arrive.
I had low expectations of a fast arrival as I assumed that staff would not want to work over the Christmas period but imagine my surprise when only a few days later, a new mirror arrived.
I was extremely impressed with the staff at Living and Home (Candy, Felicity and Jennie) who communicated with me throughout the whole process (even on Christmas Day!).
I had asked that the mirror have an extra inspection to ensure that there was not a similar problem (there was not).
The girls at Living and Home kept me informed at every stage.
From being a total disaster, Living and Home turned the process around and proved to be a company with integrity.
I am very impressed (and pleased!).
I would have no hesitation to order from Living and Home in the future.
Well done!

Easy to order online, speedy delivery. Great product, value for money, looks and works great. Would order again and recommend to others.

I bought a bike shed that I needed to put together. I struggled in places to get the build to work but every time I emailed to ask for advice, I got a quick and helpful reply. The customer service was absolutely fantastic. I have now completed building the bike shed and really pleased with it.

The product is not good. The remote doesn't work properly as njt able to turn the heater on from remote and has to do it manually from the fireplace itself. It's expensive and not the worth of how much it is charged

Cheap imported goods - quality is poor, paint is flaking off of an item purchased, it’s 12 months old granted but with it being an item we had to have wired up by a professional are we expected to replace these every 12 months? Customer support very poor.

Provided a good value product - Bike shed.
However, product was delivered on the wrong day and by 2 separate deliveries, therefore we weren't available to collect the delivery(s).
Once built the lock didn't work correctly and the chrome bolt to the door has rusted within a few weeks.
After many emails Living and Home provided a small amount of compensation money.
In summary, the product is fine and I'll make the incidentals work.

Very efficient delivery. End product good, however the assembly instructions were unclear.

Great service! The fire is absolutely gorgeous and very good for the money. Would buy from here again. Great customer service

My order was not fulfilled through no fault of this company, but through the delivery company Evri. They managed to lose the recessed electric fire I had ordered. Living and Home refunded me fully. I did not accept another fire as it was too late.

Really poor customer service. Was sold a shed which was not fit for purpose and sent a detailed video of the issues. The customer service has refused to acknowledge the issue and offered a £25 refund.

Seriously poor service, I ordered 2 lights on the 8th of October I chased the order on the 17th of October as I hadn’t yet received them. I was told the item was out of stock and they’d cancel the order and refund me, it has taken me right up until the 19th December to finally get my money back and that was only because I filed a claim with my credit card or I would still be fighting with the range and living and home for my money because apparently they couldn’t find a copy of my order yet they were quite happy to take my money!!

I'd love to give it more stars but I haven't even received the sofa. I ordered, a tracking number and delivery date was provided by DX, then the sofa was never delivered. I contacted DX to ask why and it turns out Living and Home never even supplied the sofa to DX for delivery. And not only that, the customer service for Living and Home is non existent. I've tried calling, using the live chat feature, tried submitting a contact form and emailing. This is my last attempt at trying to speak to anyone from their team!

My Fire has still not been receive 2weeks after ordered.
Contacted their customer service. Takes them 24 hours to reply to each email.
Delivery has been attempted but no communication from the delivery service, they just turn up.
Poor service for a large attempt. They just expect you to be home 24/7. They don’t send you a message with expected delivery date or time. They just turn up.
I have had raise a compliant through my credit card company to get my money back.
Avoid this company, there are better companies offering the same products with better service.
Still chasing this item/refund.
AVOID

Very happy with service, was offered a gratuitous discount or voucher after product arrived damaged through transit. Took the voucher and subsequently bought several more items that arrived in perfect condition from the company.

Living & Home choose to sell through the Debenhams site, and promised a specific delivery date - which is the only reason I ordered the item. I was then informed by the courier that they had the item but that it would arrive four days after the promised date. Emailed L&H, who basically shrugged and said "we don't know why it said that date as that doesn't reflect our terms", as if it was my problem. When I pushed back, they said they have contacted the courier, but - of course - no delivery on the promised date. Another awful company who just act like they have you over a barrel once you've paid, and don't fulfil their commitments.
**EDITED AFTER RESPONSE
As was clear in my review, I already have contacted Looking and Home directly with the order details, and they decided not to look into it properly and help. Another company who only pretend customer service is important when issues are made public.

I originally thought l ordered from the range however it became apparent l hadn’t. The item was faulty and had no instructions. I was constantly bombarded with questions and had to provide evidence. Such as photos and explanations etc. was extremely disappointed. One item was returned successfully but the main one is lost in mid air via Evri and the company l bought it from. Not only have l lost the item which was a Christmas tree. But also lost the money has l paid with Clearpay and l have nothing. I will never buy from this company again. I feel totally let down
