WHAT A DREADFUL EXPERIENCE!!!

WHAT A DREADFUL EXPERIENCE!!!. YES Composite Doors do warp !! I have been trying to sort out my new composite door and frame from Living Space Ltd since February 2017. The maker of the door "Masterdor" have agreed the composite door has WARPED by some 4mm - 5mm and doesn't fit the frame. The Frame was not fitted correctly / square by Living Space Ltd so "Masterdor" are not taking any responsibility for the frame which also EXPANDS AND CONTRACTS with the morning heat of the sun. Living Space has assured me they have not encountered problems like this before ????? When you buy an expensive item which is not correct and not fitted correctly I rate a company on how long it takes to get things sorted out WELL FIVE MONTHS SO FAR. Even if you decide not to go to Living Space Ltd for your door ask your supplier if "Masterdor" supply the goods if so don't touch them

Nightmare Service

I purchased a conservatory and roof from this company. It took far longer than advised for the conservatory to arrive (many weeks late). No communication - I had to repeatedly chase up the order. When it did arrive it was incorrect. The frame sizes were different to those on the drawings and one section did not fit at all. Living Space agreed to replace the section that didn't fit and I took the time to survey the correct opening size. I then had to wait a further 4 weeks for the new section to arrive and when it did, it was again the wrong size and did not concur with the drawings I had sent. The company have said that I will have to wait a further 4 working weeks for a new section and have been completely unhelpful and dismissive. The conservatory is still not complete over 4 months since I ordered it. When I complained they turned around and said that if I wanted a new section I'd have to pay for it. It has been a total nightmare. I am considering going to the small claims court but I'm not sure if it is worth the hassle. My advise is do not use this company.
