i bought windows 10 for my laptop and it took my money but gave me no upgrade, theyre now hiding with the covid but theyre just scammers!!!
do not buy windows 10 from them!!!

I had some issues with making a bootsble USB, which was solved remotely by the support team, as well as an issue with my pc which didn’t come up with bootable device. But I found the company very responsive, quick reply, completely make you aware of the process with polite support team.

I have been working as a mech designer for over 50years and started using pc in the 80,s and now i have found lizengo who have all the software you would require at good prices and excellent backup should you be in any trouble they are there today to help and fix for you,i am now 80yold wish they could have been around earlier

I give this firm a 1* because there is no provision for a negative rating. I have had a problem that they just ignore although I have sent 3 emails regarding the matter. I suspect they are hiding behind the Covid19 problem although it did not stop them from deducting the cost of the item from my bank account

Great service and good price for the software I was after.

My initial contact with Lizengo was to confirm the suitability of my proposed installation which was promptly confirmed. I did have a problem during installation of W10 Pro. Help, when requested, was very quick and comprehensive thanks to Tom. He even sent a follow-up email to make sure things were sorted.

I was in a complete muddle, having downloaded the wrong programme from Microsoft Office and Tom sorted me out, cleaned up my computer from all the unnecessary things I had stuffed on to it and made sure |I had the correct version of Word installed and activated and ready for use. And all done with the utmost charm, humour and efficiency. I shall recommend this company to everyone I know.

Lizengo has a good reputation and as far as I am concerned, deserves it. The upgrade procedure is quite complex and a challenge for the average PC user eg you don't usually get into that depth of OS. My main challenges were (1) using a disk as the medium to download the Windows 10 package is a problem because the capacity of a DVD-R is 4.7GB and the W10 package is 5.2GB, so I used a USB 16GB stick (2) having used the Rufus software to format my USB stick, when I tried to transfer W10 from stick to HDD, it said that Rufus had not worked. Tom Miller was very helpful and in the end, using TeamView, re-formatted the stick and loaded W10 direct. I know more now than I did before and I am 73 - you're never too old to learn! I used the Microsoft Site to build the USB boot installer.
All went perfectly Windows 10 installed on a new hdd and activated without a hitch
