Flabbergasted
While collecting a shoe order I bought a half price wallet in sale. When I got home, couldn’t fit credit and loyalty cards in half the pockets. Called store bc they don’t refund sale items and needed to know if they would for faulty sale items. Instead of the delightful and incredibly helpful lady who served me earlier there was a very offhand girl who hung up on me and then when I rang back was speaking to another colleague instead of me and couldn’t assure me when her manager would be in or perhaps offer to get them to call me back. It’s a long journey and I can’t risk making it on the off chance they would be there. Flabbergasted. Has put me right off buying there ever again.

Recent shoe purchase
The recent purchase of shoes was my first experience of dealing with LK Bennett and will not be my last. The two pairs of shoes ordered were of the highest quality. The delivery was timely and ordering on line straight forward. They fitted true to size. I would recommend using this company.

Purchase of pink court shoes
I recently purchased a pair of pink court shoes for my wife and arranged for them to be sent to the LKBennett store in the Westfield White City Store. I would normally place an order for her to be sent to our home address but wanted these as a complete surprise for her.
From the point at which I placed the order I was kept informed of the delivery status.
When I received the notification that the shoes had arrived, I went to the store and after a short wait the staff were able to get the shoes for me as they had arrived in the delivery bay but hadn't been brought to the store. The staff were very helpful and ensured that I received what I ordered.
