We were extremely impressed with the service from start to finish. The detail included within the survey was superb, and the follow up call ensured everything was clear and all of our questions were answered. Would definitely recommend!

I chose this surveyor after doing some research. They’re not the cheapest option, but the service was excellent. The survey was originally scheduled for another day, but due to a storm, the surveyor called me early that morning to check whether I still wanted it to go ahead. If it did, they would only have been able to carry out an internal survey, as the drone couldn’t be used outside, so we agreed to reschedule for three weeks later.

When I received the survey, it was a detailed 80-page report. I also had a 40-minute call with the surveyor (which ran over), during which he answered all my questions clearly and explained everything in simple, easy-to-understand terms.

The survey was thorough and flagged the main things we needed to know. A few parts were a bit technical at first, but the follow-up call with the surveyor was really helpful and explained everything clearly. Overall, a very professional and reassuring service.

They have provided us with an early survey, done free of charge and once we booked with them, the communication was fast and they were approachable and understanding throughout the whole process.

Very helpful report and a quick turnaround time from inspection to report. The follow up phone call was especially valuable as it gave me lots of useful information to pass on and slightly challenge the estate agent + helped me understand everything clearly RE: the technical parts. I have had friends who have struggled to get in touch with their surveyors afterwards or to have things properly explained, so it was amazing that the after call was included. The whole process was quite seamless (I didn't really do anything). The use of the drone was a surprisingly helpful bonus, and the valuation (extra) provided me with peace of mind I wasn't overpaying. Have already recommended to a friend.

They were very helpful. Easy to use portal and simple to book the survey.I really like the fact you get a phone consultation with the surveyor that completed the survey. Plus they also use a drone to enable them to get a good look at roof/ Chimney.

We are very happy customers. The survey report was thorough but also easy to understand. Especially their inspection using the drone is great. They found an issue with the roof tiles which can be difficult to find without it. They are very knowledgeable and explained thoroughly at the after survey call.

L&K are very good at what they do. This is the 2nd time I’ve used them and I’ve been extremely pleased on both occasions with their knowledge and professional attitude. They are well worth waiting for and the only Surveyors I could find who use a drone which is essential for a proper survey. Well done for providing a 5 star service yet again.

I have booked a survey with London and Kent Surveyors twice for two different properties and I recommend using them.
They are very knowledgeable, professional and explained things in great detail on the report, outlining everything you need to know. They were very friendly and down to earth making the whole experience a great one. I also got a discount to use them again but wanted to use them anyway, regardless of the discount as they did a great job the first time I used them. I also had to put the survey on hold for a number of weeks and the person I spoke to to do that was lovely too.
