We were provided with a very thorough survey of the property and a very detailed report which we were very happy with.

The process from start to finish was incredibly simple. They took care of arranging a date with the estate agents so we didn't have to. The survey was done within 3 weeks of booking it and the report was sent to us on the date they specified it would be. The survey itself was extremely thorough and easy to understand. Would 100% recommend to anyone requiring a surveyors report.

We had a RICS level 2 survey done. Really easy to book and liaise with, the report was really detailed, with lots of photos and very clear and easy to understand. Useful information for the future and what we would need to do to maintain the property as well. Seemed very professional. We were offered a meeting to go through the report, but we didn't feel it was necessary as the quality of the report was excellent. I would highly recommend.

We approached London & Kent Surveyors for a Level 3 RICS Survey. As first time buyers we were new to the amount of information presented to us, but L&K delivered the survey to us in a way that was clear and concise, as well as organising a follow-up call to talk through next steps.

After having previously rescued us from a house that hid multiple flaws, London & Kent Surveyors provided an excellent and in-depth report on the house my wife and I are now moving into, with plenty of information and recommendations for next steps.

As a First Time Buyer I was overwhelmed with the amount of surveyors that are out there but the reason I chose London & Kent Surveyors for a Level 2 was because of these reviews, that they include drone footage of the roof, and follow up with a complimentary phone call which really set them apart from other companies.

Booking them in was very easy - loved that they also provided me with a free research report before I even decided to use them for sure. They are also incredibly responsive both via whatsapp and through the phone, and was able to send me a sample report so I know what to expect.

When it came to them putting in a date for the survey, they told me they had a wait time of 2.5-3 weeks and they dealt with the estate agent directly - I got mine in at about 2.5 weeks after paying.

Survey arrived 3 working days later and was laid out very well, and was able to book in a call with the surveyor about 2 weeks after to discuss the report in detail. Alex did mine and he was great at explaining anything I wasn't sure about.

London & Kent Surveyors provided a really comprehensive report and looked to use a wider range of techniques than any of the other survey providers we looked at for the purchase of our new home. Their report also weighted the most important things to tackle which I appreciated given we would not necessarily be able to resolve all of them.

Recently booked a Level 2 Survey. We had a very positive experience from booking through to the report. We were offered a 30 minute phone call afterwards to discuss the findings of the survey which was extremely useful. Great communication and would definitely recommend!

Second time I have used L&K for a survey and both times team have been friendly, responsive and helpful. Both surveys have been as described and completed thoroughly. Would recommend.

Surveyors/admin had great communication, I asked for specific things to be checked and they did so. I would email them to add additional things or to ask when I would receive the report and responses were almost instant. The report itself was very in depth and included lots of photos including drone footage. You can tell a lot of time and effort go into the reports.

Level three RICS survey

We were booked in quickly after transferring funds and timelines were communicated.

Absolutely amazing report that was high quality and had in depth detail. It was evident that a lot of time was spent on the survey and post writing the report. The report included a break down of rag ratings/ urgency points, pictures in each section and paragraphs of findings and suggestions/advice.

Post client care was great as well, they automatically offer you a 30 minute follow up call to discuss the findings and put your mind at ease.

When we were looking at quotes, L&K sent a 30 page desktop report free of charge which in itself was of high quality.

Will be recommending L&K to everyone and will use again if needed.

Thorough survey with a follow up call booked in. Slight delay in timing in both booking the survey in, as well as a long wait for the follow up call. However reasonably priced and very professional.
