Transferring my money from Lloyds share dealing account to Lloyds bank account (same bank ) takes 5 days in this digital age! It's like a bad joke :(

Limited stock & inadequate servers.
From my experience there are two main issues to evaluate if choosing this service. First they appear to have limited quotas of prescription drugs & when those quotas are exhausted I've needed them to return my prescription. Ironically to go to one of their stores & immediately collect my prescription.
The 2nd issue is their servers are too slow, or inadequate & not fit for purpose. They need to expand their hardware to deal with peak demands.

Transfer of money out of account to…
Transfer of money out of account to current account with same bank (Lloyds). The money just disappeared and after 5 days was still missing. Unable to contact through phone lines/email. Continually gives message that 30 min wait on he phone. Things sometimes go wrong and the quality of an organisation can often be measured on how they deal with such issues. In this case they are very poor.
