I ordered parts for a truck I'm rebuilding on the internet and couldn't be happier I received all my parts in 7 days and didn't pay a dime for shipping because I had a big order I have looked over every part and everything looks to be good quality very few parts I received was made in china which in my opinion is a good deal this is my first order from lmc and have had a very good experience will order from lmc again
I ordered brake lines for 1996 Dodge received lines when we got around to installing we found out the fittings on the lines were not the same they were two different sizes and did not match what was on truck I will not be ordering any more from LMC
had nothing but terrible quality. Their air vents have gaps from hell, dash bezel is straight out of the box and the wood grain is already pealing. thought I’d give LMC another shot after a few years of not using them, but their quality is still the worst.
LMC truck has become another company that continues to blame Covid for lack of customer service, lack of timely shipping and lack of basic giving a f***.
Waiting months for a backorded bumper that was paid for….then calling to cancel the order and paying a restocking fee for a bumper that was never sent and having the CSR tell me
That bumper is one that probably won’t return to stock…. Overpaying time after time for shipping. Paying 100 dollars
To ship a ford ranger front bumper that takes some troll in their warehouse four days to pull off the shelf.
I am thankfully about done with my ranger rebuild and due to lack of other vendors having these parts I am forced to deal with a slimy vendor like LMC. I hope I never have to deal with them again.
Ordered a hood for my 2005 Duramax. Wrong hood was sent out. Finally get the second hood and it's the wrong style! Both hoods came completely damaged. The lady i spoke to over email and phone said it's completely normal for them to come damaged. Will never recommend or order from them again!
We used to use LMC Truck for all our pickup restorations. Since covid hit their customer service has gone down hill drastically. I used to average over $20,000-$30,000 a year with them, now I use them as a last resort. Can't use a company that takes 4 days to ship out a part to our shop, especially when it is just some bumper bolts and nuts. Had an issue with a wiper motor for a pickup that I ordered. I sent them pictures of the parts to them showing why the part wouldn't work. It took them over a month to get back to me with a BS solution that wouldn't fix the issue. I ordered a wiper kit from a different company and had zero issues. Hope they can get their issues figured out soon, until then I'll continue using someone else.
Sent the wrong part. The return process was not the best. The ladies that are on the phone are very matter of fact unapologetic and don't give a hoot that they made a mistake. In the end, it worked out and they sent the right part. I still do not know how they want me to return their part as there was very little in the way of conversation or explaining the process for a return. Just demands proof through pictures. I am used to customer service and a clear answer as to what the return process is. Maybe they will call about the part that I still have?

Don't buy from LMC! They don't honor warranties, they call and demand more money to ship backordered parts. Terrible vendor and their parts are basically garbage.
Horrible customer service. People are very rude and difficult to get to understand the problem.
Had a sheet metal part that was not made correctly. Called LMC truck, got the "Covid" shuffle (short staffed etc.) After explaining the problem to three different parties and sending pictures it was explained to me that someone will get back to me. When they will get to me is the million-dollar question. A month has passed, no return call, no replacement parts.
Very slow shipping times.
I am done doing business with this company.

Ordered roof drip weatherstip for my 99 GMT400 shipped to Iceland, high quality product and good quick replies to emails.
Will definetly buy from again.
Thanks
I have purchased know less then 15 0rders front LMC probably will be more. In the last 2 months l have received everything correct shipping has been sent in reasonable amount of time considering no one in this country wants to work anymore! Any one in business would know that there is no one working so you are lucky to get anything these days! Thanks LMC you have a satisfied customer here!
I ordered parts for my truck on 11/08/2022. The bulk of the order came in within 6 days. The large item that they charged $150.00 to ship and said it would be here with in 5 to 7 business days worse case 10 business days. So today comes and I call them and they give me the run around and say for me to call the shipping company myself. They could care less about it being late and not here yet. The so called Manager I spoke with said it’s my problem to find out where the item is. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with not even willing to offer a credit or some money back on the shipping cost. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Once they had there money that was where there nice service ended. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!
This company is absolutely unreliable and dishonest! I would highly suggest everyone stay away. I paid for a item and told it would be available in a week, It has now been two and a half months and still no window. I am told every time that it will be another week or two. They have lied so many times I have lost count! Buyer beware!
Sent the wrong bumper and going on a week now with no resolution. I ordered a bumper for a ranger and they sent a full size truck bumper. I've talked to multiple people and sent several emails and got nothing. Beware of this shady site and buy somewhere else if possible.

Don't expect to have your items shipped timely. Placed an order for 4 bolts and two nuts on 10/30(sunday) and they finally made the label 11.2 then it shipped out 11.3 (thursday), I needed the items timely for a trip. When checking out there is no option to get expediated delivery.
Hello. I wish I could rate the products from LMC. Unfortunately, more than a month after ordering- I still have not received my order.
LMC chose to ship my order via freight, despite the fact that none of my parts required it.
My shipment was picked up by a freight company called CEVA on Sep 27, 2022 and that is the last time I’ve heard about it. The company called me to schedule delivery for Oct 12th and then just didn’t show up. When called, they said it was coming the next day- again, no show, no call. When I contacted them, they admitted they had no idea where my shipment was. What?
When I contacted LMC for help, I spoke to several very nice people. Despite their friendliness, the latest they can tell me is “we’ve initiated a trace and that can take up to 21 days.”
LMC- why is this ok? Why aren’t you taking more agressive approach? Let me be perfectly clear- I made a very large order, spending nearly $5,000 at one time. Knowing what I know now, I would have broken the order up into smaller parts- but should I have to make those considerations?
What would I do? If I was LMC, I would have immediately replaced the entire order and sent it out via traditional shipping (LMC typically uses FEDEX), then I would take action with the shipper.
Why am I paying the price for a shipping company that can’t deliver from Kansas to Virginia?
$5000 for this? Why would I ever spend money with LMC again?
The people are friendly, but the actions taken are unacceptable. As icing on the cake, I was told they were going to give me a $100 gift card. Guess what happened when I tried to use it? “I don’t see it on your account sir..”. Of course. Why should I be surprised.
Do better LMC. You already have my money in your account. A month later and I have exactly nothing to show for it.

10/25 update - appreciate the follow up from LMC Customer Service next business day after my review to rectify the issue and refund shipping costs. Things don’t always go right, but good customer service and follow up goes a long way. Updating to 4 stars.
10/23: Pre-bent fuel line received doesn't fit as online catalog specifies, returned it and out more in shipping costs than the part itself cost (and no, there were no modifications done to the truck.) I ordered a pre-bent fuel line for my '79 Ford F250 351M 4x4 w/ a 2 BBL carburetor - part # 43-5380 as specified by the LMC Truck online catalog. A month prior, I had ordered a fuel pump for that same truck/engine and replaced that - part # 43-4728. The replacement fuel pump was the exact same part as what I removed from the engine - fuel outlet points towards the radiator (not the driver side wheel well.) Fuel line I received is set up for the pump w/ the outlet facing the wheel well. I sent the fuel line back, indicating reason for return is because it's the wrong part/doesn't fit that engine/carb. I called LMC Truck customer service because I have more in shipping costs now than the part itself and asked for a reimbursement as I selected the part that the online catalog told me fits but doesn't and there are no other options for my truck to choose from through LMC Truck (per their online catalog.) Even though 1 month prior, they sent me the correct fuel pump for that same truck/engine (fuel outlet points towards radiator.) I was told that they can't guarantee they can carry all parts and that because I chose the wrong part it wasn't something they can help me with. I'm now out more in shipping costs to receive/send back than what the part itself even cost and still had to find an alternative to get my truck back together.
I ordered an ABS Headliner, called and complained it did not fit. The salesperson did not believe me, and I was told that they have sold many with no complaints. I checked online and there are all kinds of complaints. I'm 61 years old and have been a machinist for 38 years, I know if something fits or not. I used a Dremel tool so bolt holes would line up. After install I've taken photos of my 2001 Dodge Ram that I would like to send proof to your Quality Department that the headliner is trash. Where can I send photos? There is a big gap under and behind the center console. LMC Truck should not be selling this product and encourage your customers to recover their existing headliner.
The salesperson did say I could return the headliner.
I had my old headliner removed, and I need to use my truck. I had no choice but to install the ABS headliner. I plan on restoring my old headliner and installing it later.
I would still like to send you photos, ABS head liners do not fit properly. If you go on different truck forums, you can see there is many problems with ABS headliners. Your quality department needs to check into this.

I bought a new wood bed kit for my truck in July from LMC in July 2022. On October 4th I called back to ask if the frame bolts were included in the hardware kit and if not could I get them. I spoke to a girl named Denise who made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by asking a simple question. She lacks people skills and shouldn't be answering phones in a business setting. Please tell me she was having a bad day and this not what you have representing your brand every day. Working hard is one thing but smiling and a little bit of personality combined with effort goes a long way. Best of luck. BillH.
