Takes almost a month to get your money back
Returned my items, they were received on November 10th, STILL NO REFUND! Contacted customer services twice and told "your request has been passed on to the relevant department". Should not take this long. AVOID!! Better off shopping with other retailers.

I bought size 8 shoes and paid $220 (10/22/25). A size 9 arrived so I had to return. I got a refund of $153.02 without any explanation. I emailed them but got no reply.

Be Careful! Unlawful Practices
EDIT #2: LN-CC withheld nearly $300 from my refund under the label of “duties and taxes,” despite not disclosing during checkout how much of the total price was attributable to those charges. The customer only learns this breakdown after purchasing, which prevents informed consent at the time of contracting.
In addition, the U.S. duty rate applicable in this case is approximately 15%, which would correspond to roughly $180 rather than nearly $300 in my instance. This raises concerns that LN-CC is not only seeking reimbursement from U.S. customs but may also be profiting from the difference.
EU consumer law requires that merchants refund all payments received from the consumer, including duties and taxes when these are collected by the merchant as part of the checkout price. LN-CC’s decision not to refund these amounts appears inconsistent with these obligations.
EDIT to LN-CC’s textbook copy-paste-reply: obviously I have handed over the return documents to UPS, otherwise they wouldn’t even have accepted the return package… Also, as this is a return, all documents + label were provided by LN-CC directly, not me. However, it solidifies my caution advise for other customers as it shows that LN-CC is now trying to blame it on me for not providing the relevant documentation.
Highly advise caution for anyone ordering from this company—especially if you’re based in the US. I’ve had positive experiences with them in the past, but something has clearly changed, and not for the better (the numerous recent negative reviews speak for themselves).
Here’s my situation in short: I placed an order, the item arrived far too small, and I returned it just two hours after receiving it, using the provided return invoice, label, and box. That was 1.5 weeks ago. Since then, the package has been stuck in Italian customs—according to UPS, because LN-CC failed to include the required documentation.
I’ve reached out multiple times, and the only response I receive is, “rest assured, we’re handling it,” yet nothing actually progresses. Needless to say, this will be escalated with my credit card institution if the issue isn’t resolved soon, as we’re talking about more than $1,000 that I’m currently at risk of losing due to LN-CC’s negligence.

Extremely Poor Handling of Delivery Issue + Incomplete Refund
I recently placed an order with LN-CC, and the entire experience has been extremely disappointing.
My package was shipped from Italy, but FedEx tracking immediately showed false delivery updates, including “out for delivery” in another country, “returned to sender,” and finally “delivered” to a person I do not know (“B. Ellavia”).
FedEx confirmed the package was never delivered to me, yet LN-CC took a very long time to provide any clear information and did not take responsibility for the logistical failure.
Although I was eventually refunded, LN-CC only refunded the item cost — not the shipping costs, even though the order never arrived and the issue was entirely due to their shipping process. I paid for delivery of an item that was never delivered.
Overall, the customer service and problem resolution were unacceptable. The customer care was indifferent. I do not feel protected as a customer, and I cannot recommend ordering from LN-CC based on this experience.
