I have bought from local earth Angel for years. She is a genuine person. For reviews that claim “she didn’t give me a refund!!” YOU CANT GET AN ITEM & REQUEST THE MONEY BACK. You’re a scammer if you do that. She’s not freaking Amazon. She’s one person. She offers completely free fixes and adjustments. It’s literally in her shop policy that with customs that money is immediately put into the materials and timing spent making your item. For the girl here claiming “still waiting on my refund for bracelet” like seriously? Now I know that one is a fake review. I’ve bought over 20 crystal bracelets over the years from her and she uses quality string plus does this extreme super knot that I believe is unbreakable. Every bracelet and necklace I have from her shop is STILL in great condition. If you managed to break that it’s because you were careless. I truly believe that. I am just baffled that people try to leave crappy reviews about this business because I have never seen her operate at the level you people are claiming. I’m willing to bet that the only two bad reviews she’s ever received is probably the same freaking person. Just trying to tarnish her name because they’re mad. I know for a fact that the person at the very bottom was somebody who was trying to get a free skirt. I remember her posting about it on Facebook and Snapchat when it happened. She was freaking out because she offered to fix the skirt that she had received, and the lady was demanding a completely different skirt that they never discussed, with more expensive material that they never discussed, and she refused the offer of just paying the difference of the materials to have it made and shipped and demanded that she would get it for free and keep the skirt that she already got that she supposedly didn’t like…. Y’all are freaking scammers. Local Earth Angel does not deserve that. I am obsessed with the shop. I buy at least once a month sometimes more. I’ve purchased a lot of crystal jewelry, a couple clothing items, and I have a pretty decent collection of her oil perfumes now. Everything she makes is made with love and intention. There was only one time I ever had a problem and it was the very first time I got a bracelet. It was just a little too tight. But I forgot to tell her that I was plus sized. She immediately told me to send it back and that she would fix it. And she did. Ever since she always make sure that things are perfect size for me. She even remembers small details. Like the wire color I prefer, my favorite crystals and color themes. She is extremely considerate and passionate, and I recommend the shop to everybody I meet. I purchase from her for gifts for my friends and family and they all extremely adore everything as well. If you’re looking for high-quality items made with actual genuine love and care and intention, then this is the shop for you. She is very spiritual and extremely trustworthy. Don’t trust, fake reviews of haters just trying to tarnish the name of a great shop. Look beyond the reviews. Go look through her shop. She takes so many quality photos and videos up close showing every detail of her work. She also post a lot of videos of the process. The truth will be seen.

I have been a customer of Hailee for a quite a few years now and she has never disappointed me. She prioritizes her customers, is constantly working to create new and beautiful things, and has such incredible talent that continues growing. I've never had any issues with any of Hailee's products but she is also so attentive to make sure that her customers are satisfied and always willing to make things right. She is very kind and professional, and I intend to be a customer of Hailee for a very long time.

Still waiting on my refund for the braclet I bout that is fallina apart. Stay away from from business

Hailey always is so thoughtful and will always try her hardest to make things as perfect as what you want. You can tell when someone is passionate about their work when they give it their all even to make something simple. I always get amazing energy from her products and so much insight. It's so incredibly impressive how fast she gets an order done, it comes in the mail in a matter of a couple days. She works hard and puts her all into each creation to make it beautiful and better than anything you were hoping for. You can also ask as many questions as you like to get everything figured out, she's always happy to answer and figure it out with you. I 100% recommend checking out her shop!!

What she does is so awesome! She makes everything by hand! Shes a hard worker and definitely puts everything together with a good intentions! I have gotten bracelets and a mini intention jar! I also gotten a lot of readings from her as well! Crazy accurate! I highly recommend! Especially when festivals season is starting! Her beaded tops and so much more look freakin amazing!

Hailey is an AMAZING person inside and out. All of her oils, clothing, and jewelry are so obviously made with love and good intention. Her readings have always been incredibly accurate. She’s there even if you just need to talk and offers some of the best advice.

I bought her seduction and confidence spell oils, I used the seduction once and the spark my husband and I lost, came back 1000 times more intense. I haven’t been able to keep that man off me since. She has offered advice and guidance through my children’s father’s passing and even relayed messages from him. She’s amazing and 1000000 percent the real deal. I adore this woman and her business

All of her work is made from care and top quality i have bought oils from her before and they work perfectly and she cares about her clients always caring and helpful her readings are always good to buy always a lot of information and helpness

Amazing quality products! Cares about her clients. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with her shop. I am 2XL and haven’t been able to find creative artists who actually make things that fit me. But local earth angel cares to create specific to measurements and shape! I have a few dresses and corsets as well as four skirts. I’m obsessed with her work and will continue to purchase.

Quality of work is terrible, and the behavior of the owner Hailee is even worse.

The seams on her outfits are not even, and are loose from the body. The edges of a lot of her items are also raw, with many also not being lined. She charges $80+ on orders where the fabric costs maybe $20 a yard AT MOST and only requires a yard.

Her customer service skills are incredibly poor, and she calls her customers names and attempts to play the victim when things don't go her way. She went as far as calling one of her customers who was not happy a fat b*tch on her personal Facebook page. All her positive reviews on her website are hand picked and she does not allow anyone to post negative reviews.

Not only that but her and her friends constantly spam her business in every single Facebook group meant for rave resale.

Avoid at ALL costs.
