i tried to book a slot using a gift card given to me for Christmas by my daughter. they seemed unaware of the procedure for making a booking and took my card number after stating i needed to pay for another person. i gave them the number. they then stated it was not that number they wanted ... although they did not ask for it i gave them the gift card number which they said they did not recognise. after they eventually found it they said they wanted my credit card number. when i explained they already took that down they hung the phone up saying they would refund the money. it was most distressing and i felt bullied by their rudeness. i had been patient with their ineptitude but it was they who got frustrated with me it seems! i would not recommend this company. clearly they have so many bookings they do not need custom so go elsewhere.....avoid at all costs unless you want to be treated with rudeness. i have heard others have experienced similar treatment so beware.

Target Sports is great to deal with. Staff is great if you have any questions, and their order department is top notch! I will definitely be ordering more. My last order was on my porch in 3 days.

Took my 16 Year old son along with my husband today and had a fantastic experience, friendly staff ❤️, safe covid protocols in place would highly recommend will definitely going again xx

What a fantastic day we had! This was such a great experience which we all enjoyed and never tried before. The staff were friendly and handled everything in a safe and professional manner, I would recommend this experience to family looking for a day out or to anyone else who just fancies trying something different.

Fun safe family day out excellent introduction into target shooting with a brilliant selection of guns and run by a great team

Excellent fun for all the family to enjoy. Great for the kids to learn discipline in a safe well run family environment. What a great unique concept!

Had a great day out with my son, something compleatly differant, we had a really fun day and we were in safe hands, the guys running it really know their stuff and had an impressive selection of guns to try out.

This is a fantastic idea very well run family business who are friendly professional and very easy to get on with. I had an air rifle when I was a child and want my son who is now 12 to experience the joys of air rifle target shooting in a safe environment. They did not let us down Louise got us booked in and made us feel welcome with a safety talk and then instruction on how to use the rifles by qualified instructors made an enjoyable experience also saved me from have to buy a rifle which cost hundreds of pounds to see if he likes the sport. It was so much fun we have booked back in for both of us 5 stars well done
