Great service, rectified my error very easily. Great, helpful experience

There was an error in my delivery in that some items were missing and an incorrect item was included. This was corrected swiftly and courtesly by the their customers services representative, Musfika, when I rang to explain what had happened. I am impressed by their service, despite the error. I rang them this morning and the correct items have already been dispatched.

Excellent customer service provided by Lola. Exquisite products. A very satisfied customer.

I was struggling to place an order and place the issue on the online form. I received a reply virtually straight away and the issue was resolved. Excellent service!

Beautiful products Great presents
I did a few orders for Christmas presents but forgot to add my Birthday promotion. These very thoughtful, free and additional gifts from L'Occitane I was really looking forward to receive as I am packing to go on holiday. They are just the right size for packing and meant I could continue to use my favourite products.
I contracted C.S. and although my last order had already been dispatched they very kindly sent, packed beautifully, my birthday gift.

Contacted L’occitane following a delivery issue where my parcel had been damaged whilst in transit. Musfika was wonderful, contacted me the next working day and arranged for a new delivery with the items missing and damaged. Thank you Musfika for sorting so quickly.

I had issues at checkout with unavailable items appearing as promoted when I spent a certain amount. I used the webchat function and spoke with Mishellina and she was a huge help and sorted all of the issues out promptly. She was very friendly, kind and professional. Thank you for all your help.

Had an amazing experience with L’occitane’s customer service, specifically Ofure. One of my products had a little defect and Ofure had made a great effort to rectify this issue.

I received a prompt response from Musfika to my issue, which has since been satisfactorily resolved.

I would like to say a very big THANK YOU to Georgia at your Bury St Edmunds store.
I always receive great service here, but last night Georgia couldn't have been more helpful. It was very close to closing time, and Georgia made me feel like I had all the time i wanted. She sorted what I needed, showed me other products for future visits, pointed out some great offers and kindly gift wrapped my gift.
Too often we are quick to point out faults, but when the service is this good, I think it should be recognised. Thank you again, Georgia. I will be back soon.

I like LOcctaine products and often buy them for myself and for gifts. The fact that they state they do no test on animals is very important to me and the people I buy LOcctaine gifs for. Can LOcctaine please confirm whether or not their products are sold in China. My review rating reflects my uncertainty around this at the moment. I will be very grateful if this is clarified.

Worst hand cream for dry skin. Though it smell great but definitely not for dry skin

I had a problem with a product I purchased and emailed the customer service team about it. They replied the next day and sorted my query without any fuss. Dona was very helpful, professional and efficient and I was able to exchange the product for something else. I'm extremely happy with the service provided.

I had occasion to contact L’Occitane regarding an item missing from my order. Within minutes I was contacted by Dulcie, who was beyond kind, patient and helpful with my obvious lack of technological skills. This has been by far, the best Customer Service I have ever received. Thank you Dulcie

I purchased a L'Occitane product in kildare village ireland and was not happy with same.
I brought product to L'Occitane shop in limerick and found the girls there to be courteous and helpful, they agreed to contact the company on my behalf.
Within an hour I had a call from customer care and musfika was so helpful and agreed to send me the hand wash of my choice to replace the faulty one.
It was delivered on Friday last free of charge.
I am very pleased with my dealings with L'Occitane and will continue to purchase your products which I love
