Do not I repeat do not order from this…

Do not I repeat do not order from this company
I ordered 2 hats and only 1 arrived after months of waiting and viewing jacked up tracking info
One hat was delivered in a plastic bag balled up and bent out of shape
I asked for a refund and they offered 7 dollars
They need to be shut down !!!!!!

I would recommend that nobody order…

I would recommend that nobody order from this company.I feel completely conned as the item ,when it arrived after a very misleading tracking journey (started in the states then arrived from china))was extremely low quality and was nothing like that advertised on their site.People like this should not be allowed to trade …..extremely misleading

Do NOT order from this HORRIBLE…

Do NOT order from this HORRIBLE company. The took TWO months to ship my hat, and once it arrived, it was MANGLED. Who ships a fedora in a BAG?!?!?!?
I'm out $60. Don't fall for it.

Do NOT buy from them!!!

They had me kind of worried

They had me kind of worried; delivery was slow, the company has some bad reviews, and they sent me a tracking number that no transporters recognised- but to my surprise; the hat arrived, it looks just like what I ordered (western desert rat) and it feels nice to wear. Not scam, but have patience with delivery:)

Hat delivered in a plastic bag. And don't look anything like that hat on the website. Don't even think the use same materials for their fake garbage

i am very very disappointed when my…

i am very very disappointed when my order arrived it was all damaged and it does not even look like what i have ordered from this website. i demanded a full refund but they are only offering me $4 for the damaged item.
i would never order from them again and discourage anyone of thinking of buying from this website. "do not order from this merchant."

I didn't get what I ordered

I complained about the hat that arrived at my house slightly resembles what I thought I purchased. The hat that arrived has absolutely nothing cool about it. it is a cheap nasty alternative.
Stay well clear. I do not think they will get any repeat business ever. Just the first purchase and the customer lost for words as to what arrived in the post. I wouldn't even put this hat on a scarecrow.

Awful company

Awful company. They don’t answer messages or emails and they would appear to remove all negative comments from their FB posts. The hat I bought took nearly 3 weeks to arrive and when it did it was badly squashed and the brim is bent. I won’t even bother now to contact them because they don’t respond. Lesson learned…..go back to the High Street.

Ordered a hat two weeks ago and…

Ordered a hat two weeks ago and according to the shipping notifications, the item is still in the U.S….although after reading many reviews I doubt that the thing is anywhere near America. I have emailed and messaged Lockehat and no reply or acknowledgment. I am now about to go through Paypal for a refund…..I would avoid this company like the plague. Lesson learned for me is to go back to High Street buying or use companies based in the U.K…..and pay more for goods and services.

If you pay this company by paypal

If you pay this company by paypal, once you have had no luck with lockhats ‘customer service‘ (ha!), raise a complaint with paypal for product not as advertised, attaching photos of the product advertised and the substandard item received and also send them the trustpilot reviews. They are aware this company is sending out crap that bears no resemblance to what they advertise and they will find in your favour and refund in full.

Sent wrong size, won't make it right

They sent the wrong size hat -- I ordered XL, they sent a L. The warehouse packaging was for an XL but the hat itself was L. I sent pictures of this to them, they insist I was sent the right size.

They keep pointing out that sending it back to them will be expensive for me, so how about they credit me $3 (on a $45 purchase -- insane) and I keep the wrong sized hat. Their last response after I insisted they send the right size said "If you really don't like them, I think you can give to your friends as a gift. Maybe they will like it very much."

They will not send the right size and they will not let me return it for a refund. Total ripoff.

disgraceful after-sales service

Having ordered a burgundy hat, I received a red hat labelled as burgundy.
After sending color photos and requesting a replacement hat, Lockehat refuses to acknowledge a delivery error, and refuses to replace the hat. If the label indicates burgundy, it's because the hat is burgundy, and all yellow canaries are also burgundy because of their labeling.
All they offered was US$7 compensation for the inconvenience, and suggested I give the hat as a gift to someone I know.
20 messages for nothing.

After checking out Lockehat.com, it appears to be problematic. There are a few issues, like its details being too similar to other problematic sites. Also, the site is giving big discounts on items, which is something many questionable online stores do.
