We are really pleased with our new bookcase. It is exactly what we were looking for and couldn't find anywhere else. Lovely new wood smell when we first set it up! The delivery was well managed, even including the driver forgetting to offload the shelves and coming back to drop them off.

Large piece of furniture which has a huge amount of storage. The large triple mirror needed to be attached and took a little while to sort out how, measure and fit. Very sturdy once done. The stool is nicely padded so comfy and well made.

The bed was fabulous quality and robust. Sadly I had to wait many weeks for it to arrive as it was out of stock ...probably due to the Covid crisis.

The delivery man arrived on his own and I hadto help carry the headboard up 4 flights of stairs. I paid for the white glove service and felt that I shouldn't have had to do any lifting. The company reimbursed me the £65 as I reported this problem.
I adore the Kingsize White Rattan bed andwould recommended this company.

Hello My Husband and had a short Weekend in Bath 2 months ago. We stayed in a Guest House, and had the best nights sleep in a long time. We enquired about the mattress and was informed of yourselves. Two months on I phoned your company and instantly received a friendly, helpful lady who took me through the correct mattress for our bed. 15 days later I received a call to say the mattress would be delivered to us in Suffolk
the next working day. The delivery gentleman
was again very friendly and professional.

The furniture was lovely , but items shown in stock when ordered, but had to wait 14 weeks .

Delivery was prompt, my blanket box was well packed to avoid damage. The Blanket box is well made and looks amazing, I am so pleased with it.

The delievery driver was polite and helpful. The company has that personal touch which is a rare find in many companies.

I would definitely recommend and use this company again.

The service was good although there were a few hiccups since I didn't get confirmation if my order had gone through. I also didn't get informed about the delivery until I chased it up. However the staff were very helpful in resolving the issues. My main annoyance is that the bed came without any installation instructions! There were 2 pieces of wood that we didn't know how to use but more than that while we were struggling and trying different methods during the installation the heavy base of the bed fell off and a part of the wood broke. Had we been sent the most important document, which are the instructions for installation this would NOT have happened as we would have followed all the steps to the letter rather than guessing where it all went. We have stuck the broken part with wood glue but I have never been in such a scenario before as all through my life I have always received instructions. I went through a lot of stress too which could have been avoided.

I ordered a chest on chest of drawers way back in March before the lockdown. I was kept informed of delays and expected shipping and delivery dates. It was so worth the wait. The piece is absolutely beautiful. More beautiful than I expected. The picture online does not do it justice. Thank you!

Excellent service....

Really happy with our bed and mattress! The quality of the bed is absolutely fabulous. The reason that I’m giving 4 instead of 5 starts has mainly to do with delivery. I was surprised that only 1 man came to deliver and I had to help him get the mattress out of the car and into the garage (due to Covid they’re not delivering into the house, which I appreciate). Another thing was that I missed assembly instructions. It was straight forward and we have quite a bit of antique furniture which is comparable, but the lack of it surprised me.

I have ordered a stock item, a 3 drawer filing cabinet in mahogany. It arrived fairly quickly and is looking great. Very good quality. The only thing I wish is that the drawers runner were not wood. My other cabinets that used metal are easier to use. I have also ordered a bespoke drawer unit. The price was reasonable and the ordering process excellent. I kept changing my mind, asking for adjustment to the quote for this and that, but they kept their cool and we finally got there. Bespoke is about 12-14 weeks, so I haven't got it yet, but hopefully it will be just as good as the stock filing cabinet.

The Sleigh bed arrived well packed and protected.However there was no instructions with the bed.Fortunately my husband was able to assemble it with no problems.The antique white colour was perfect and matched my other bedroom furniture.I had been sent a sample of the wood prior to my order.It's a beautiful piece of furniture,well made and sturdy and the 4 drawers are a bonus and large in capacity and hold multiple items with ease.It is definitely a show stopper and loved by family and friends.
I received wonderful service from Lock,Stock and barrel and would highly recommend them and their products.
