Very very bad service
Very very bad service. We rented sheets for a stay in Le Touquet, because our landlady told us this is were we should get our sheets. The sheets were supposed to arrive in the evening but they never did. So we had no sheets the first night, and we couldn’t reach them because they were closed. The next morning we spent a few hours and 4 phone calls to get the sheets. When they arrived two pillow cases were missing. The sheeta were supposed to be collected on the morning we left before 11, but they never were. Our landlady had to stay and wait for them (don’t know if they ever were collected). I wrote two emails to this company and they said they tried to call me but couldn’t reach me because I had a dutch phone number. That’s strange, becaus the right number (including the number for the netherlands was on the invoice). We paid a lot of money for this, including 12,50 euros for delivery. We didn’t even get a refund for the one night we had no sheets. Very very bad service.
