Great service from the initial quote to the actual work being carried out. An honest time frame for work start was quoted which is a good indication from a busy company. Matt and Michael completed the job diligently and to a very high standard. 42m2 of boarding was installed on a bespoke support framework above a disparate ceiling joist system already in place in the loft. Great care was taken on cleanliness after finishing each day. Very happy with the final result.

I found the whole experience of dealing with UK Loft Boarding to be first class from the initial visit to quote me to the day of installation. The fitter who came to install my loft / Ladder and light was both polite and professional and just got on with the job.

Great team, in and out no problem. No mess, hardly any noise and pleasant to speak with. Loft quality is great, made life much easier. Looks clean and secure. Phone line easy to ring straight through every time and email update service allows for peace of mind.

Extreamly professional, tidy, efficient and friendly

Giving this a 5 star review for 2 reasons. Firstly - the product is great and very competitive - we've had storage shortages for years as our loft is very low - we were about to do a new roof to address - this is a fraction of the cost. Secondly - I like organisations that sort out issues. We had some remedial work to tidy up the loft hatch - this has been completed to a really high standard and overall really pleased.

It was very straightforward. Both team members from UKLB were knowledgeable, respectful and helpful.

The lads were very good the job is fantastic and they cleaned up as they went and checked we are happy with the finished job.

The guys working fitted everything as expected. They kept mess to a minimum and cleaned after themselves.

Brilliant service from the initial survey chap right through to the lads closing the installation. Very friendly and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend.

Fast, efficient very professional. Top piece of work would recommend them to anybody specifically the fitters we had, Adrian and Michael. Initially, when they arrived, there was be a mixup with the quotes, theirs not agreeing with ours, however, Adrian got in touch with head office, sorted it out quickly to everyone satisfaction and then got on with doing a great job.
