The whole process went smoothly and we were pleased with the final job. The initial survey and quote was good as the guy discussed options and was knowledgeable. A date was arranged and kept to.
The fitters were also good, did a neat job and kept the mess to a minimum and again discussed options due to issues revealed on removal of the existing boards.
The portal to see documents was good and payment was made easy with warranty documents sent.

Their surveyor was on time, knowledgeable, clear, provided options to arrive at the right solution for us. The installer was on time both days. Did a quality job. Flexible when we added on waste disposal and sorted out a quote for us quickly and completed on time. Very impressive professional is.

Very clean and tidy professional job

Had my loft boards renewed, new loft hatch and wooden ladders installed. Process was much less disruptive and cleaner than I had anticipated. The team from UK Loft Boarding were great and made swift work of the job. Took 2 days and they made sure that the rest of the house was kept as clean and dust free as possible. The loft is now safer to access with sturdy wooden ladders leading to a clean, tidy space.

Not only was the workmanship excellent and the attitude of the workmen exceptional, they were so clean too! Would highly recommend.

The Uk Loft Boarding team were very professional from the survey through to the loft completion. Nothing was too much trouble! Highly recommended!

Great experience. Easy to book appointment and at my convenience. All staff were friendly and very helpful. Quality work. No mess at all.

The guy who came out first listened to what we wanted then said let me get into your loft and I will tell you what I think will work, we were guided by him. He recommended a shelf which gave extra storage and worked out perfect. We would not have thought about this as an option. Then the interaction with the company prior to the fitter arriving was really professional. Then when it came to fitting that went without a hitch!!

I contacted UK Loft Boarding Ltd during an emergency when the roof was leaking and roofers needed urgent access through a false ceiling. I was acting on behalf of the property owner, as the director of the company arranging the work, and I offered written authority from the homeowner.
Despite the urgency, UK Loft Boarding Ltd refused to deal with me unless the property owner contacted them directly. They referred to policies (such as “Section 17”) that were not visible anywhere on their website, which meant there was no way to know about these restrictions beforehand.
This rigid approach caused unnecessary delay and stress during an urgent repair. To make matters worse, their refusal contradicted the fact that I was acting as an individual with full authority on the homeowner’s behalf.
Thankfully, I found another company who were flexible, accommodating, and resolved the problem quickly without any of this hassle. Based on my experience, I would not recommend UK Loft Boarding Ltd, especially if you expect clear communication and support in time-sensitive situations.

Quote was very accurate in terms of what work would be done and how it would all look.
Great communication between office on booking date in, and checked few days before to ensure install date was still ok.
Install day, work carried out efficiently and quickly, tidied up when work was finished.

What a fantastic service. From beginning to end, the visit, the quote, the booking and the transformation of the loft boarding was fabulous. So easy, no stress and so professional. Thank you so much!! The 3 payment is also great!

Really impressed with the final product. We were originally scheduled for the end of August but they managed to fit us in nearly three weeks early due to a cancellation. The whole installation took just five hours and it's given us way more storage space than we had before. Would highly recommend!

The lads arrived promptly and laid some plastic covering around the house first to ensure the carpets were kept clean. Had a chat with the fitters first in regards to what they were doing and they asked if there was any concerns, which they took on board. They got to work quickly and powered through getting most of the job done on day one, returning early day two to finish off earlier than expected. The result was fantastic, so much space, light, and a very sturdy build. Expecting a noticeable difference in the winter as the insulation was upgraded significantly. Was given some advice in regards to the felt on my roof which will be getting sorted before the cold months, and they also took their rubbish away for a small fee. Could not be happier with the result, and service, Jamie and Martin were excellent and are a credit to the company.

A super job! The guys putting in the ladder a few weeks earlier and the fitter of the boarding were professional. Knowledgable and tidied up well afterwards. Couldn’t be happier!
