Good but Poor Customer Service
I bought a item from them which I quickly decided I did not want. I sent several emails with no response to them but the package still arrived. I was unaware at the time about the proper way of cancelling orders. They then said for me to send it back to them and they would refund it.
Two weeks later I had heard nothing from them. I emailed them several times over this period but revived no reply again. I had to email Fluidtek which is the company that own them. A few days later I got a reply saying the money had been refunded and a few days after that it appeared in my account.
All in all there was nothing wrong with the sales as I bought the product and it was shipped to me. Their support and the other hand is probably understaffed and could do with some work.
Will defiantly buy from them again as they are so cheap.
