Swindlers and liars. They lie and deceive. In my case, they admitted in writing an additional cost for a vehicle, due to a breach of contract on their part with the rental company, and then they go back on their word, leaving me with the cost and telling me to complain to the airline. Scam - DO NOT USE LOGITRAVEL
Scam. Do not do business with this company. Tickets for Thalys train (Amsterdam-Paris) Purchased six weeks ago and paid for. Confirmation received with booking references (featuring a Thalys logo) Today I logged on to see my actual ticket and seat number, nowhere to be found.
I called customer service, who told me to pick them up at the train station.
Suspicious, I called Thalys who said the reference numbers given are not in line with their system and no reservation was ever made in my name.
Logitravel called me back claiming that they just happened to discover that a Thalys had amended their schedule and they would need to reimburse me
Remains to be seen if I will receive my money back, but so far zero help to get new train tickets and zero reasonable explanation as to why Thalys never had a seat for me.
With it being too late to book train or plane this scam company has cost le meeting my god daughter and ruined my holiday.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM IN ANY COUNTRY.

What happened to us at the hotel pemar resort is not worthy of its reputation and that of the country. My friend left two phones on the table and when he came back he couldn't find them. I called the security person, he let him into the video room, but he didn't show him all the cameras. And after three days, we wanted to contact the gendarmerie. They told us they would call. The gendarmerie came and entered the video room with the security guard, they did not allow my friend to enter on the grounds that he was prohibited despite having entered the previous time. When the constable came out, he told us that he did not see the phone in his hand, which means that the security person hid the camera from him, which showed that the phone was in the hand of my friend before he put it on the table. The gendarme asked us for the telephone bill, we told him that she was not with us, we had come as tourists and we could not take her with us. He said nothing can be done. After the alleged investigation was over, the three constables sat in the hotel lobby and brought them tea and juice, and they sat there for more than half an hour. The confusing thing is it possible to carry two phones from a table and into a five star hotel and the camera won't capture them? As for the hotel, it is beautiful and big, but the food is very lacking in the same dishes. The black dot is the security manager. And the restaurant manager treats him badly with male customers, unlike women
