Alan Smith was outstanding! He provided me with clear information on the entire process, and even called me to review my order with me! It's rare to find such great service oriented people. He was amazing! The process was painless and we received the logo we wanted with over 250 designs to choose from! I had an amazing response to my competition in juts a few days and am very happy with my chosen design. The service is great; the designer extremely flexible ad patient. I would highly recommend Zillion to anyone and intend to use them again with no hesitation.

Easy to use and professional follow up

Process was straight-forward & I ended up with around 180 designs to choose from. There were at least 4 designers that I shortlisted to 10 logos which made the final selection difficult. In the end I enlisted help of friends to read my design brief & help select logos that fitted the brief, but also ones that they thought my customers would easily relate to.
Getting all the source files & a transfer of ownership from the designer stating they have not copied the design or used clipart makes this a solid deal.
A minor gripe for me is that the messaging system appears text-only based, I would prefer to screen-snap & scribble to convey my design refinements, rather than type a description, so not a deal-breaker but a welcome refinement.

Yes! the system works!! A bit reluctantly I signed up. and I will tell you it worked perfectly! I got over 200 designs from people all over the world. Finally I chose the best and in matter of days I got my files via email. Unfortunately Im not a technical person so the website was a bit hard for me to navigate but fortunately they have wonderful people on the phone or by chat that are always willing to help. EVEN TODAY DEC 24 THAT I WANTED THEM TO SEND ME MY FILES AGAIN. THEY DID!! Thanks GUYS you rock!!

Logo Guru (and LogoSnap) have been a breeze to work with. Very streamlined, well explained process and a fantastic result! I've had one logo designed using each service and will not go anywhere else when I need another one. The variety you get from open competition is incredible and the communication channels they make available allow you to refine your favorites to be get a great result. Highly recommend.

This company has a lot of hidden language that makes the customer loose big time when they are choosing to return. I had purchased a bundle of website, logo and business cards and as I started having issues, decided to cancel the website and business cards. Well, they take their fee, even if the order was not even started by anyone, which was about $150 or so. As you can imagine, I was very unhappy. The logo turned out ok, but it was definitely not worth the $300 I paid with all of their “hidden” fees. BEWARE, and know that their customer service leaves much to be desired. I contested the charges to no avail. This happened around 9/2012.

I learned of Mycroburst from a friend who had great success with the site so I decided to give it a try for my business. I would say that about 50% of the designs that were submitted were less than appealing, but fortunately, the remaining 50% totally exceeded my expectations. I am completely satisfied and excited about my new logo. Overall, I would recommend Mycroburst to friends.

I had no idea where to start with a new logo for my start up firm. After reviewing some of the other projects, I was quickly enthused about the designers. The process is easy and it allows you to give feedback to the designers and communicate with the designers about changes and preferences, which I did.

I received a high volume of designs, most of which were very well done. There were many designers that created unique logos and made changes based on my feedback. It was very difficult to choose a winner because so many of the logos were excellent. Based on the quality I received, I felt the price was very economical.
