Great experience with this company. Jennifer is a great person to work with, she is polite, honest, trustworthy, very patient and creative. If u need a logo this is the company to go with. Thanks again to Jennifer it was a blessing working with her and this Company.

Paid them to design a logo up for my business. They never followed through and actually finished the logo. They contact me every few months to sell me something else and never finish the logo that I paid them for. It's been 3 years now and they keep promising to finish the simple job, but never do.

Scott, the project manager who helped design my logo was fantastic. The whole team was really helpful, responsive and really creative. They presented several different designs, and allowed me to chose the design I liked best, and they offered to make any changes that I may need/want...However, They did such a great job the first time around, I didn't need or want any changes...To top it off, they even handled the copyright process, which was really seamless. I will be back for any future needs, and will recommend them to all my contacts. Thanks again Scott, really appreciate it!

This is by far the worst company to ever exist. They took forever designing my a logo and to add to insult they stole my information and purchased some items with it. They will initiate communicating with you before you pay just to get your information and then stop contacting you once you have submitted your payment. I say again, do not contact this horrible company. They are by far the worst. You will regret it you I promise you. -************

I selected Logomines based on the excellent reviews and of course the price. I needed a website that I could have full control over when completed so I could optimize the sight so that it could be easily found. I also needed a website that would look professional and interesting to read. Logomines treats you like family and that is so important to me.

I was pleasantly surprised when I was assigned an Account Manager named Sebastian. He always tried to be there for me and solve my problems. He was prompt when I had questions and his development team (Charlie and Alex) certainly knew what they were doing. While I had to give some education about what I really wanted (and I am a very picky customer since I have designed websites myself for years - but age has crept in my life so I needed to turn to a reputable company to design my website.)

I am embarking on a new type of book (I have written and published 9 books and have sold over 50,000 books to 100 countries). Now I have turned to a new passion, the Game of Bridge. I needed a company that would work with me and not nickel and dime me along the way. Logomines makes and keeps their promises.

I really appreciated the 24/7 chat room and the person on the other end was always forthcoming and very cooperative. Excellent customer service. Good customer service will make a company great.

While we did have ups and downs, it was really all about understanding my needs and my dislikes. I am highly customer focused I needed to make sure that everything was clear for my future customers. I have been selling books for over 30 years and while I have used other website builders, I find that Logomines was very helpful. I do plan to use them again before year's end.

Sebastian, as many reviewers have said, is a great account manager once we get to know one another. He is cordial and honest.

I would recommend Sebastian and Logomines to anyone. If I had one recommendation, it would be for Logomines to produce a requirements document up front for the customer to complete in detail about their project, products, needs, likes, and dislikes. This would perhaps cut 25% of the production time to the projects. As Logomines admitted, they can't know every industry and in some cases, the customer needs to give them some education as to what is really needed. And Bridge is a unique game run primarily by one very large organization (ACBL.org).

I appreciate Sebastian trying to help me sell my new book; he provided me a nice video that I might want to consider as a video selling tool. Thank you Sebastian for offering me this service.

I will be back to create a much larger website that is at the core of my business, i.e. policies and procedures. What's nice about Logomines is that they are a multi-faceted company and can offer marketing services, email blasts, SEO assistance, and of course to really understand the commerce world. While I am selling just one book for my new website, ecommerce was easy. But I could see that Logomines had the experience to create massive commerce websites.

Thank you again, Sebastian, Charlie, and Alex for all your hard work on my website. I am pleased with its simplicity and its professional look, something that I thought my future customers would appreciate.

Sebastion did a great job coordinating my logo design. Fast—within 48 hours-reasonably priced and his team produced a great, eye catching original logo.

I was hesitant at first to do business with a company online and started off with a small logo package. I was flabbergasted with the quality of work and the professionalism of the outfit so it was not difficult moving on to having them register, re-design and host my website. Communication was a key and my PM Sebastian always kept in touch be it by text, voice or email. I’m committed to using them for another website that I manage and would not hesitate to recommend them.
