Customer support Daniel is the ruidest person and if they run a comps like he talks to future clients I feel sorry for anyone he deals with them. I. Contacted company about a design. I told him I would talk to my husband about cost. We are partners and I don’t do anything without discussing with him. He contacts me next day I told him I haven’t talked to my husband and I will get back with him. Fast forward. I work a regular job. My husband travels so we aren’t home much together. I never said I would get back with him today,tomorrow next mth. He literally starts mouthing off. Because I did not respond yesterday to his text and stated I was declining. I was at work in an environment that I can not answer my personal phone. I also work 12 hours shifts. I was at work again today and just went on break to text again. Please go to google and review the pictures of our conversation. I made sure everybody would see how nasty and unprofessional one of their employees are when you don’t respond fast enough.

Terrible communication constant sales pressure without getting the updates requested. Here's the truth if you post a bad review they offer free stuff to remove. The issue is they are just as terrible on the redemption attempt as the original attempt. 2 words explain the business UNPROFESSIONAL BEGGING. always miss deadlines, great on excuses must have used them I'm in the hospital line 5 times on me.

I mainly work with Robert and Edward. They did a really good job with my logo, which you can see as my profile picture, and with my website. Communication was good. The only reason I'm giving them a 4 out of 5 is because you really have to stay on top of them to make sure you get everything you paid for. Like setting up my social media, it took forever. I had to keep asking and asking. They did try to upsell here and there but not super pushy. I have contacted them here and there to make little changes to my website and it was no problem. Overall I am satisfied.
