Logo Orbit Reviews

Everything was pretty good at the beginning a year ago. Very basic website was produced and I signed off on it due to time. Acceptable. Fast forward 1year and my site goes down. I was busy and would handle it later. Later comes by way of phone call from them stating I owed them $1000.00+/-. Phone tag continues for a few more days, maybe a week and finally we get on the phone together and I went looking for proof. I found it and sent it to them. I had to prove that I paid them, ridiculous. thinking we are moving forward and we are done, I am told it will take a couple of days for the billing team to research to make sure I do not owe and have in fact paid. 3 -4 days later, I speak with billing since my contact is ghosting me. I am told we are fine. I receive an email stating the page will be back online in 48hrs. This was Fri at 3p cst and they close at 8p. Tues I call, I am told it will be back on by tonight. Wed I call, I am told it will take and additional 48hrs to go live to the public. I have been spending hours trying to cancel my service since they have not honored my hosting or timelines. As of writing I was promised a refund but have yet to receive that in writing. I honestly do not think they will refund me voluntarily due the games they have been playing on the phone.

Ruben was an excellent communicator and always had any issues resolved in a reasonable amount of time. My bundling and subscription options are now available on my website.
Thank you Ruben.

I had the pleasure of working with Nick for nearly two years ( collaboration began end of 2023 and my site just launched) while creating my website at LogoOrbit, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience or the final result. The site itself is quite complex, and Nick approached every step of the process with diligence, patience, and genuine care.
He was consistently responsive, always took the time to answer my questions, and made every change I requested with understanding and professionalism. Nick also helped coordinate smoothly with other team members, which made the entire process feel supported and well-organized. Through this process I gained true trust in working with him
I am truly happy with the results of his work and so grateful for the steady guidance he provided throughout the building process. I will be continuing to work with Nick as my website manager as I grow my business.
Thank you, Nick and the LogoOrbit team, for your support, dedication, and commitment to excellence.

it was easy and fast and they have easy access to everything and prices are fair.

Logo Orbit built our company website, and we had a great experience working with Solomon. The website turned out very nice, and they also did an excellent job on our logo. Solomon was easy to communicate with, responsive, and made the process smooth from start to finish. We’re very happy with the final result and appreciate the professionalism throughout the project.

Hello Logo Orbit !

A Five Star Rating is not enough for Patrick and the Designers ! I absolutely LOVE ❤️ working with Patrick, as he has been so Patient while waiting for me to get through my illness of Chemo Treatments, which I realize now that he has been extremely Therapeutic for my Healing process ...... he encouraged me to push through and not give up on completing the process of getting so much in order for the business of Bill's Main Squeeze ! Working with him, also allowed me to focus on my business, which was a Good distraction away from my previous illness!

The process was long and still ongoing as we have had Logos made and Revisions along the way, Brand Guidelines, including, Business Cards, other branding items, Trailer Magnets for advertising, Trailer stickers, QRCode and Animated Advertising Video.

Thank you so much Patrick, to you and the Designers, I truly appreciate all of you at Logo Orbit to the fullest and I can not wait to Market the works of Logo Orbit !!

I had a great experience working with Solomon, my project manager at Logo Orbit, on a website formation project. From start to finish, his team handled the entire process, making what could have been an overwhelming experience feel seamless and well-organized.

Solomon was incredibly patient, understanding, and professional throughout the project. Even when my schedule made me difficult to reach or unavailable at times, he remained flexible, communicative, and supportive without ever applying pressure. He consistently kept things moving forward and made sure no details were missed.

What really stood out was his calm demeanor and commitment to delivering quality work. He took the time to understand my vision, followed up thoughtfully, and ensured the final product aligned with my goals. I truly appreciated his professionalism and empathy.

If you’re looking for a project manager who is reliable, accommodating, and capable of managing an end-to-end website project, I highly recommend Solomon and the team at Logo Orbit.

I went to them for a logo but ended up getting so much more. Leo Davis was very responsive, professional, and really understood my vision. The team was fast, supportive, and accommodating throughout the process. I’m now working with them on my website and the experience has been smooth so far. Highly recommended!

I went to them to get a logo made and came away with so much more. I worked with Leo Davis for my logo and he was very attentive and responsive. He listened to my vision and gave corresponding advice. The team I worked with was super fast. They are also very understanding and accommodating. I’m currently working with them to build my website and they worked with me where I was. I look forward to the finished result!

Worked with Solomon for my website, and Victor for my Logo. The team was real professional and provided excellent service. They really created both items to be exactly how I want them to be.

Our company was unsure at first whether this company would be able to complete our websites, but they absolutely proved themselves. Solomon first helped us build a plumbing website, and later a retail site to sell products. Both experiences were fantastic!! The process was smooth from start to finish. Solomon was patient, highly communicative, responsive, and kind throughout!!

This team truly exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking to create a website, We wholeheartedly recommend working with them!

Logo Orbit was just what I needed to get my business started! They helped me design a wonderful logo. Then they got my website created and up and running. Both the logo designer and the website designer asked just the right questions to design what I needed. They helped me so that the logo and website reflects me and my business perfectly. Will definitely be using Logo Orbit again!
