Dear Mandy,

I am so sorry you had trouble with your delivery. UPS is the largest courier carrier in the world, which is why we use them for our international deliveries.

It sounds like you were unlucky on multiple levels, because the package obviously should have been delivered at your door, as opposed to the service center. The queu made things worse and I understand your frustration.

I hope your Rumi jacket is worth the trouble you've been put through to receive it. It certainly is a great piece in our collection, and one we are very proud of.

Thank you for your input, even though we wish it would be more positive.

Lollys provides free shipping on most orders for our international customers (which you also benefited from), but the return is at the customers own expense. This is stated clearly on our site, both under "Delivery" and also under "Returns".
