My daughter attended a basketball lesson in Barnet once, but since it was a boys' class, she decided not to continue. (They haven’t mentioned that it’s a boys only class) Despite this, I had already paid for the full term. They don’t have a phone number, and they haven’t responded to any of my emails. I’ve sent them four emails regarding this situation and requested a refund, but I’ve received no response. This is completely unacceptable!

Unfortunately like the other reviews I too am still awaiting a refund for a cancelled course. I thought my query was an admin error but can see that this is common. No contact details online only form on website. Please when you take monies from families and can’t provide a service / a swift refund should be automatic.

The customer service is abysmal. It takes ages to get a response and the first time I had a query, it took me sending countless emails to get a refund for cancelled classes.

On this occasion, I sent an email since the 16th of September 2023, just as the new term started and I have still not received a response almost a month on. This has meant my child missing many lessons as I will not pay a company that simply doesn’t believe in customer service. There is no number to call. I filled the ‘Contact us’ form and still no response.

The only correspondence we received once paying our fee online was an automatic booking receipt. The venue address was wrong in the email. Please check carefully on their website the venue address before you go as I am sure it was changed after we booked. There is no way to contact anyone with questions you have. Myself and others have emailed the addresses given in email and on website and tried to contact them on social media pages and got no response from the company. There is no contact phone number. Beware once you have booked and paid you seem to have no chance of changing your booking, redemption of money paid or being able to contact them. We were interested in the international summer camp but there is no chance we would risk it now.
