Best residency services

i am student at one of the London Colleges and initially was facing a big problem of residency, my Prof. suggest me to visit London-Houses for rental apartment. now i an livin there and it is a good experiance so far

Superb location

We truly enjoyed our five night stay at 34 Leinster Garden. The apartment was clean and very well kept. We traveled with our mother and two, young boys. They loved it!

It was on a quiet residential street, yet within very easy walking distance to a wealth of pubs and restaurants of all tastes. And the Tube was a short, 5-minute walk away. Staff were extremely attentive and friendly long before we had selected this location and well after. They graciously met our minor requests for items to have on hand in the apartment.

It really was a wonderful experience and I have recommended them to many.

BE CAREFUL DEALING WITH THIS PLACE. THEY ARE DODGY

I sent an email to book accomodation at London-House and asked for confirmation to be sent by email as I wanted to finalise it on the week-end. I had not received any confirmation so booked with another place and sent an email to London-House asking for cancellation. They told me that they had made the booking and sent the confirmation to the wrong email address. Regardless of their error I was charged cancellation fee of 100 pound. He says he acted properly even though he made an error and I did not receive the confirmation which is why I booked elsewhere.

Good communication - online-booking makes some difficulties

First of all - we are happy to have found London-House.com. Because here we received an reasonable offer.
All questions were replied immediately. Online-booking was a little bit exhausting, because of system error we had a duplicate booking ... and it lasts very long until the final confirmation.
About our stay we can't write anything now because it lies ahead :-)

Great location but the apartment was boring

Very good location, only a 5-10 minute walk to Bayswater and Queensway tube stations. The unit looks directly out to along, narrow and very beautiful parkway. Lots of food options, even on this street there are 2 Greek places, with 2 mini markets nearby. On Queensway and Edgeware Road there are MANY more food choices and grocery stores. The apartment itself is nice with modern furnishing but there was not even one thing hanging on the walls--just plain white paint everywhere. Towels came every 3rd day which is ok, but were small and a little over-worn. Other linens were fine but only changed once during our 2-week stay. The front and porch of the building is very dirty and the windows could definitely use a wash. Got charged and extra 3.5% for using a credit card to pay for the balance when we checked in--that was a surprise.

SUPERB SITE FOR BOOKING AS PER YOUR ANY KIND OF BUDGET

I GOOGLED THIS SITE AND FOUND ACCOMODATION AS PER MY REQUIREMENT, THOUGH I M YET TO EXPERIENCE IT PERSONALLY AS MY TRAVEL DATE IS IN AUGUST 2013, I THINK IT WILL BE WORTH WHILE. KEEP UPDATING MORE AND MORE OPTIONS. ALL THE BEST

Correct

Excellent location. The apartment is very very small. To open the closet we had to move the bed. The table is not is suitable even for breakfast (we had to sit on the floor). As the hair dryer does not work, there is another to plug in the room without mirror. . No spare of trash bags. As it is on a top floor (4th) sounds a extractor fun from a restaurant 24 hours a day.

The apartment which was supposedly suitable to sleep 3 people was ridiculously small. If you open the sleeper couch you have to up end the furniture against the wall and cannot open the front door. This is unacceptable as we were staying for a week. had to rearrange the furniture every day. The problem is London House use various internet agents on commission, who are often unreliable

Utitmately after lots of complaining we were moved to a more suitable room which was very pleasant. But we had to have 3 days, then move for 4 days. Not ideal.

Probably wouldnt recommend this ebsite

The room was nice and in a great location.

The pictures of the flat/room were very generous as the room was a lot smaller than a 1bdm apartment. Having to pay for wifi and only having cable internet available was frustrating. Great location and fairly cheap. It did the job and wouldn't be disappointed if we stayed there again.

Uncomfy flat, bad correspondence.

Had awful nights sleep at flat worst mattress ever. No tea and coffee as promised in details. Not a particularly nice flat. Emailed company and had no correspondence back. Will not be renting through you again.

In London house our success is based on our reputation, we cannot do that if we do not manage to achieve our client's satisfaction therefore, communication with our clients before, during and after their stay is always important to us so that we make sure they have had good customer service, pleasant stay and eventually good experience.

I personally have looked at the correspondence between you and “our company reservations@london-house.com“ and I truly did not find any email with regards any issues in the apartments.
There were emails from you enquiring about your stay and confirming your booking but other than that there isn’t anything else.
With regards the coffee and tea, As per the description of that particular apartment you have reserved, there is only coffee and tea “facilities” only , I hope this was provided at your property.

Once again we are truly sorry that you have unpleasant stay, however, we would have taken those issues in the apartment with the supplier if we have been informed either by email or phone.

Super special offers, fast reservation process with cancellation option and smooth check in upon arrival at the hotel means, not my first time using London House will not be my last.
