Tickets didn’t arrive so couldn’t be used and kidzania refusing to refund them.
My kids loved kidzania but I have been treated terribly by the management. I bought tickets online for the same day. The tickets still hadn’t arrived by the start time do I went anyway to find that there was no record of my purchase at reception. The manager told me I’d have to buy new tickets if we wanted to go in. He took my name and assured me that I would be given a refund for my online tickets once I emailed and explained the situation.
The online tickets eventually arrived 2.5 hours after our start time.
When I wrote to customer services they have refused to refund the online tickets and will only allow me to use them on a different date (in the next 2 years).
I’m really annoyed by this, the online purchasing system is clearly not fit for purpose if the tickets don’t arrive before the start time. I was told I would be refunded and this is now being refused. Completely dreadful customer service when you are so clearly in the wrong.
