They came.750pm on Sunday 1 December 2024. London Canada Water. I was struggling to breath and move because I’ve been having very aggressive chesty mucus cough for 4 weeks, and it broken my ribs 2 weeks ago. My place is so small so I said I’m coming down. But I did not know that I can’t walk due to the pains, because I was in bed for long time! So it took me really long time to reach to the ambulance as the result . The two young ambulance people - man and woman called Elisha- said they won’t take
Me to hospital because it’s ongoing issues so I need GP to subscribe new stronger antibiotics. It’s totally agreeable. But blond young English Elisha started talking about their “rights” to protect their backs , when I who is suffering a lot with pains asked her to push me in the wheelchair to be back at my flat door! It’s incredible negligent.
I’m so petite and I live on the first floor, and there is slope and also elevator! and
The ambulance stopped in front of the building!! I can see how much she is doing the job only for Accumulating Hours to get a better job. She isn’t kind at all but cold person who shouldn’t work for any jobs to help people who are struggling! Meanwhile the guy didn’t say anything.awful. Meanwhile my broken ribs really hurt but they seem they don’t care
I want to say thank you to the 2…

I had a severe back pain on the 12th of october and the way how this guys treated me was amazing, they made me forget my pain. They took me to St Mary’s hospital and I had a back surgery.
I just want to thank you guys for your help and for your hard work. I can tell you all love your job and you are doing amazing, we really need people like you.
Tabetha & Duncan at Homerton Ambulance Service
Tabetha & Duncan from Homerton University Hospital attended our home as I was so ill and couldn't help myself. My Mum helped me into bed until the ambulance arrived.
Thank you ever so much all of you for helping me and my family. From the time they entered they were friendly, efficient and calming. They gave me an IV drip to help with the extreme pain and other pain meds to calm my system. Please ensure they receive a copy of this feedback as we've always supported the NHS and don't know what we would have done without them. Thank you ever so much💞🫶

Ambulance do not want to take people to hospital
The London ambulance service always seem to discourage people from going to the hospital. This is the second time in 3 months this has happen to family members. The first time i insisted and the person was kept in for 2 weeks. This time they persuaded the person not to go.
Professional and caring
Well done Alfie Hobbins, Hayden Roberts and Sam Cole for a very reassuring and professional approach in dealing with my husband. The assessment carried out was very careful and they did their very best to reassure us that the situation though uncomfortable was under control. God bless your dedication and hard work.
George Scerri and Pauline Scerri

Luciano Banzato and Tina Huhn were both very helpful and kind to me and my husband when my husband had to be taken to Ealing hospital. They went the extra mile to help and reassure us.

Worst experience with the LAS
I have stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, EUPD and adjustment disorder
I've been In and out of A+E numerous times since April about 4 or 5 times on a Section 136
On the 26th July about 12.45am I called 999 as I had self harmed both arms and both legs (outdoors in the park which i couldnt remember how i got there) and some alcohol and had a large kitchen knife on me and LAS told me after telephone assessment said i wasn't an emergency to call 111 so in distress and shivering and not in good shape I called single point of access 12.52am and told them the situation by then I was upset and crying and they called an ambulance on my behalf of me and single point of access at 1.09am told me to listen out for the call so LAS called and then again did a telephone assessment and still said I wasn't an emergency so I called single point of access again I was in a queue so I tried to walk to the hospital when I finally got thro to the same lady at Single point of access she was shocked an ambulance didn't come and saying I was not an emergency so she said continue to the hospital and she'll call me back in 20 mins make sure I got there okay and was safe... I reached urgent care and I callapsed at the enterance and the security guard had to get me a wheel chair and took the knife from me and took me in until a dr/nurse helped me... At 1.29am Single point of access called me back to make sure I was okay and safe and I had arrived at hospital.... While I was in A+E.. a police office called at 3.01am and woke me up and saying the ambulance was looking in the park for me after saying I was in hospital I tried to say what happened and I was upset and crying while talking to her and she apologised there was some kind of mix up... a mental heath doctor heard me upset and came in and I handed him my mobile and he spoke to the police officer and i went back to sleep... the worse experience from the ambulance services :(
London Ambulance don't care.
Totally unsympathetic sociopaths. I was as sick as can be and was vomiting anything I drank or ate in summer when we need liquid. They arrived then drove off after ordering a cab to take me to hospital.
Addison Lee, cab company, arrived, waited 20seconds for me, a disabled pensioner, to get 3 flights down before driving off leaving me in the lurch .
I've been to hospital because of physical and mental health issues and, believe me, the police are far more charming ..
I just wanted to say a big thank you to…
