Civilised are the best and that's why I don't use anyone else. Their vehicles are great - by far the most superior of their kind. There's no tricky booking system - you just call them directly and it's like speaking friends. They make my life easy - and that's why I love them!

As director of a crew company who provide runners and ground Transport for many London gigs to have a reliable hire company is essential. Everyone at Civilised is amazing,, without them we would not be where we are . As a company we refuse to use any other hire company, when driving bands you need to know you are getting the best vehicle which is fully serviced . It’s also great to know that if you do have problems that they are sorted flawlessly without the client being affected in any way . This year marks a decade that I've been using their services! The only company I trust for my touring needs and also for the fun weekend cars. They have great secure car storage fascilities too. I store a very beloved car with them whenever I'm out of town, and I'm comforted to know she's safe and cared for.

I also LOVE the fact they are making a conscientious move away from Diesel vehicles and have added some cool Electric and Hybrid vehicles to their fleet. Big 👍 from me! Respect for any company trying to be more green, and also I just love Electric cars.. Anyone who's ever driven a Model S P100D will understand what I'm talking bout 😉

I hire splitter Vans from Civilised. They’re my go-to company now. Purpose built and well maintained. Classy 9 seaters in a few different configurations. Nobody is making them and hiring them out at this standard.

They’re also a lovely team to deal with as well. Always looking after me on those last minute bookings!

Best car rental business in London for both work and pleasure.
