The product was fine. If you used a different courier for delivering I would of gave you 5* ,DX is absolutely abysmal, And because of this it would stop me buying your products in the future ,I would rather pay 15% more for my products rather than have DX deliver them

Damaged items, not being replaced.
I ordered a few items, arrived in two separate deliveries, there was NO communication at all that they’re delivering in two parts. One of the items arrived in a damaged condition, I couldn’t check for a few days as it was delivered in my absence, and when I did report the damaged item to this business, they refused to replace or refund for it saying, refund is eligible only if issue is reported in two days! This business is fraudulent and unprofessional. Stay away!

Hi Prashant, you were notified that your order would be arriving in separate deliveries. You received an email showing you which products had been dispatched. The other product was dispatched the following morning. All parcels were delivered to you within the timeframe you were advised at the checkout. You first claimed that we didn't deliver the damaged item despite receiving the other two parcels that were delivered at the same time. Then 8 days later you got in touch to say that actually you did have it, and it was damaged. We still have a chargeback showing on our system for the complete order that you received, and have incurred additional costs due to this, despite you saying that this had been cancelled. Rude and dishonest.

Hi Colin, thanks for your feedback. We sent out a few emails throughout the end of last year advising that the Hydro Points were being phased out, and that all points had to be used. We gave 6+ months notice to use these up. Regarding your delivery charge, I can see that this was a technical error and we've just issued you with a refund for the difference - We're sorry about this!
