Damaged package …
The package my tent came in was all ripped and by the time it was delivered all the poles for tent were outside box and a few were bent plus had a rip in the tent so how to improve would be for couriers to have pictures of goods leaving the shop the parcel is bought from all packaged up with no damage and then for courier to take pictures of package delivered at buyers door so shop could compare pictures and if damaged courier company should be made to pay

Delivery a little slow but quality products
Delivery was a little slow by current internet standards, but my chaser to Customer Service yielded a quick response and despatch that day. The plastic pots and trays were excellent quality.

Quick to correct issues caused by courier. One of my items arrived damaged and within 5 minutes of me calling James had a new one shipped for delivery the following working day.
