So bad. Cleaner turned up half an hour late and instead of doing the 3 hours we paid for, only cleaned for the remaining time, despite us checking with the agency that she would still be doing the 3 hours and also us asking her to stay. When I called the agency to complain, the woman was so rude and blamed us for not asking the cleaner to stay and then hung up on us. Waste of money
